I'm asking because I have a few question about a routine im putting toughether that consist of mainly clamping work, and I'd like his opinion!
plus, it would just be nice to know if he's still around he's a Veteran!
 
I wish. I was thinking about making a thread on this the other day. Maybe we can get him to come back!
 
He won't be back for a while guys. You'll just have to keep reading and using the material he left us.

It'll be fantastic if/when he does return though.

He is still with us till this day though he rarely post now. You should stay away from clamping. The Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) if done consistently will do magic for your penis.

In my mind clamping is an old and dangerous ineffective way.

Many brothers have come on here and "cried", because they destroyed or injured their penis badly from CLAMPING.
Stay away from this old and inefficient method. Clamping are recommended on �other places� but not here.
The reason is because we know the insane dangers and risks that comes with it. Maybe you don't feel the effects now, but what about 10 years from now when the Deep Vain Thrombosis really start to interfere with your health, and you need blood thinning in order to not risk for example blockage in your heart (or lungs, or brain). This is just an example of the risks with trapping old blood in your tissue. You don't want the blood to coagulate/clot inside your veins.

The rule of thumb is very simple. If you wear any restrictive device, be a cock ring, restrictive ring, or even a constrictive device or method, as long there is a way for blood to leave the penile body at least 50 prevent in volume, compared to an erection state, after five minutes without you try to get more blood in from kegel exercises or a quick erection, that is a good starting point. Trapping old blood for too long without cycling it out after 10 minutes repeatedly is asking major troubles down the road. You may not see it at the start, but will slowly builds up and everything comes all at once like a bursted dam.
