Hydromaxm, after a session I always shrink up quite a lot.
Normally goes back to normal after a nights sleep or two - ready for the next battering!
If I get an errection before it goes back to normal it is usually smaller and makes me feel a bit depressed.. but all about PMA no?
Just thought - If 1 set failure was the best way to go about muscle gain surely there would be more body-builder types?
Does this literally mean 1 set then youve trained the muscle group, or on every set you must reach failure?
The second makes more sence to me, I cant see how 1 set failure...

Im trying to bulk up and shed some fat lbs... So I do HIIT every other day with weights, and then usually take the following day off - or a few weights..
If I were to change to 1 day HIIT for 30mins...

I spose BPenis EnlargementL is easier to be consistant with.. I havent changed body shape to expain a cm gain...
If you need to increase GH always incorporate squats into a regime. GH is secreted when the body is under stress, and the squats do more stress than bicep curls etc.
