I workout six times a week. I usually pe right after my workout and even if I didn't I would still sweat and smell. Jelqing 100% erect for 20 min with a grip as tight as you can squeeze is really tiring.

Thanks I appreciate your help, but currently I'm not in reach of a heating pad because I do not own one. Can I stick warm with the wash cloth for a week till I get a heating pad and increase time. And when I have purchased a heating pad, still 5 min warming up time?
So ditch the hot washing cloth and get a heat pad? The moral of the story is you were not getting warmed up enough for your stretches right? So I should either get a heating pad or increase warming up time?
