at the moment my short term goal is 1cm to 1.5cm in length by doing manual exercises
i dont want to invest in equipment, at least not yet :)
i did go throw SRT and i use some of the fundamentals of it
hey guys so ive finished the newbie routine and made gains from it
i did it for over 2 months but i think i hit a plateau
my routine is:
5 min warm up
4 min bundled stretches , 30 seconds each direction
9 minutes of basic stretching 30 seconds each direction
8 minutes of jelqing ( let me be...
oh i do have a gap between bpfel and bpel
but i didnt know there was an exercise to close that gap
how do i preform those erect stretches ?
is there videos of it?
i read into it and found things i wasnt doing!
i didnt know you could do behind the cheeks stretches to the left and right!
and i also recently started doing rotatory stretches and bundled stretches which i didnt know about!
im gonna apply these things for the next two weeks and my goal is to...
