whats up everyone

im 33 days in and im wondering what to do to enhance my routine and my future gains and possibly get those gains faster
i know it takes patience but im sure there are some beneficial tools i could use
my routine is
5 minutes warm up
6 minutes stretching 30 seconds in each direction
8 minutes of jelqing
5 minutes of warm up
2 days on and 1 day off
so what do u think i should do?

Add intensity over time, have a look at the SRT and Newbie routines.
I think even at this stage, at 33 days in, you could be adding a bit more intensity. But yes, it does take patience and to make great gains time and effort is needed.

I am not so prominent at writing up routines, but as said, have a look at those mentioned routine sets, maybe add a little bit of something.
Overall key to gains is consistency, so go with a routine you have fun time doing. ;)
Considering the routine you wrote down, all days on could be a possibility but it's important to listen to your body.

I agree with Ark, it is a decent starting point. I would look to SRT to put together a permanent routine based on some of the newest information in PE. There are many healing and gaining properties to the SRT methodology. Have a look through if you need any help please just ask we’re here to help you.

Start with those.......

Increase the intensity.....
Increase no. of repetitions......
If possible..... take no days off......

If none of that works simply start a brand new routine. ??

at the moment i wanna get the most gains doing manual exercises
so the SRT routine isnt what im looking for ( i have nothing against it ).
my starting goal is one inch gain in length

You can do SRT without equipment, have you read through the first post? There’s a full manual version. Since you’re only looking for length I suggest only looking at the length portions of SRT or look at the manual stretches in the newbie routine. He sure to follow all SRT protocol on healing and gaining.

i read into it and found things i wasnt doing!
i didnt know you could do behind the cheeks stretches to the left and right!
and i also recently started doing rotatory stretches and bundled stretches which i didnt know about!
im gonna apply these things for the next two weeks and my goal is to gain 1 cm in length in those two weeks
kinda difficult? i know but lets see what happens LOL
my plan is to add those stretches to the basic manual stretches
so is there any other advice you guys could give me?

i have 2 question tho, when i do manual stretches i get the blood flowing to my member like im gonna get an erection which makes my penis un-stretchable so can i masturbate before doing stretches to do them better?
also is it okay for me to do reverse kegels at this stage considering im only about 42 days in? and would i benefit from it?

Same happens to me....
Either you can do warm up or you can give yourself an orgasm.....
Or you can also use this opportunity to get yourself a 100% erection and perform erect stretches......

Sure.....
Reverse kegels are just as important as ordinary kegels......
However, if you are going to "START", I would advise you to do as minimum as you can.....

Erect stretches are the best.....
Erect stretches are used to cement gains that you have made through flaccid stretching.......
and are they better than normal stretches ?
Normal stretches and erect stretches are two different exercises and are equally important so you cannot compare them......
Start doing erect stretches if you want to make your erection longer.....

Take control over your sexual energy and urges, if you keep masturbating every time you do PE you’re training yourself to orgasm everything your hands come near your dick.

The erection will go away after a few months, keep practicing and stretching and your erection will go away. I have the same problem and i’m on a Nofap streak of 60 days already and if I get an erection it will go away within 1 minute because I change my mental focus to other things.

You can control everything in your body mentally.
 
Erect Stretches are extremely important to cementing length gains. Everyone has a difference in their measurement between bone pressed erect and bone pressed flaccid stretched, Erect stretches close this gap giving you even more length.

oh i do have a gap between bpfel and bpel
but i didnt know there was an exercise to close that gap
how do i preform those erect stretches ?

Personally i like to take my time as well. So i would add 2 minutes every two weeks or so. To me less is more when it comes to PE
 
Erect stretches can be done every day for as long as you want but at least do them three times a week for 10 minutes this will help you gain faster and cement faster.
