Not sure if this makes sense but how is stretching supposed to feel to know it is being done correctly? i.e. I feel the resistance as i pull and there may be a slight burn at the base. Does soreness at the base or being "raw" at the base indicate a good or poor stretch session?

well I got the Bathmate in today, shipped from the UK. I just found it odd that it only came in the brown box and a plastic bag and nothing else. Hell if the box had broken during shipping it would have fallen in plain sight.
