    hiii redzulu! I'm new to this site and Can you clarify some of my question? I'm 6 inch in length and I would like to grow more in length and girth. How would you suggest me to start? I read about kegels. Can you explain to me more on how to do it correctly? Oh ya, Before doing exercise. Do wearing a extender give better result?

    Hello im new at this site and i have seen you have made a routine but im not so good to english so i dont understand all the excercises. Isn't there a place where i can go se pic by pic or a video to do the excercises right and not hurt myself :D

    I have followed most of your posts here on the forums, and I have to say that I am very impressed with your knowledge on a vast amount of topics.

    I have been a member here for awhile, however I have not been very diligent with my PE efforts. In any case, I dont want to take up too much of your time, but you seem to have the knowledge on what works and what doesnt when it comes to PE.

    I am 42 years old and married. I am very interested in increasing my length first. How would you suggest I proceed? I am only 5 3/4 inches long, and would love some length. With your knowledge of this, would you please be so kind as to point me in the right direction as to which of your routines I may try? It doesnt matter if you say hanging, pumpin, or whatever. I would rather something that is not so manual, but if you say that is what I need, I will do it.
