I think this superset exercise is off the hook. i personally combine 5 minutes of Bathmate with 5 minutes of slow dry jelquing (as dry as you can be after using an aquapump). i see gains in girth about half an inch for many hours. even if it won't lead to permanent gains i have an easy to use...
would it be practical to use both models like in air-pumping? it's common to start a set with a smaller tube and switch to a bigger size during the routine. maybe this applies to aquapumping, too?
I encounter the same problem after a routine of (not sure what they're called) DLD hydroblasters. I finish my routine with 20 minutes of Bathmate with moderate pressure. But the last 5 minutes kinda hurt, especially on the base. And afterwards I see the same rings on my dick and it feels let's...

i would assume that if you have a LOT higher than 9 you can follow the beginner routine without a second thought. if it's lower, maybe you should stick to that routine too for 2 or 3 months and while doing so read up about gaining with a low LOT. It's just a theory you know!
