I went to sleep the SS, dick seemed fine and no pain or discomfort no discoloration little water retention or that might the glans getting bigger, that’s gonna help. Epiccc 😁
 
Thanks DLD you’re the best. when you do BTC stretches with LM I realized you can tie a rope on the LM attachment and pull over your shoulder or upwards for a better range of motion pull I used the same one the LM came with, now that’s awesome 😎
Thanks, my brother.But my question is, why are you using a rope?
 
What’s up guys, been utilizing the length master beginner routine 20 mins then I do expressive stretching for 10 mins with the LM how hugegirth showed on the routine videos then I hang with the SS 6 lbs for 20 mins - to an 1 hour when I get the time but that LM routine is paramount daily. I wanted to know is it ok to have a career still operating and functioning at a high-level in the field career you choose and PE at the same time basically working both things at once bettering your life? I just don’t wanna lose focus on the career path I wanna know if it’s ok and possible to do so. Thank you 🙏🏼

Yes, and yes. Unless your day is 16 hours of work, too tired to even to touch PE, 1 to 2 hours of PE a day is more than enough. Even 30 minutes of PE is enough during busy week days. If you have a social life that you want to spend 18 hours out on the town with the ladies, 30 minutes of PE a day after showering is still enough.

My days were and still are around 18 hours. On days where I couldn't get to PE actively, I used all day stretcher and extender with a 10 minutes on the Length Master. On days where I could invest 30 to 120 minutes of PE, I would go all out. So, yes, you can balance your very busy days with PE. Think of PE as resting routine, similar to a hygiene routine.

When after length work can I incorporate girth work BM routine 5x5x3 with SS jelq? I wanna start with 3 times a week cause I do length everyday, thanks.

For those two chase after both length and girth, it's length routine first, then BM for girth. Give it a try. Every 6 to 8 weeks, switch from 70% length routine to 30% girth, which is what you're doing soon, to 30% length to 70% girth. That means more time diverted to girth for 3 to 6 weeks to keep the body guessing and initiate growth conditions from length to girth and from girth to length. It's a balancing game without causing your penis to suffer too much overall fatigue.

We all have changing schedules all the time, so it's a good thing to become used to them. Change is so hard for me Because I become completely obsessed with that which I have. But I slowly learned how to deal with these things.
 
I’m at 7 inches now fully erect EL 💪🏼 NBPFSL is at 8.01 inch, this is great now I’ll add 1.5 inches so I can make it to 8.5 so I can cement 8 inches flat before being shipped out I got 1 years and half to make it happen I know it’s possible I gotta put in that work. Is .5 inches enough to cement gains so you can resume later on ?

Ever experimented having 2 length routines like every 2 weeks you change your length work to different exercises? I’m thinking LM work infront of your body for 2 weeks then switch to LM BTC work

Whatever you gain, you can cement it whenever you need to and resume later.But don't just just stop cold turkey. Try to do th your best to expand your tissues under the sheets whenever you can so you keep the cementing process on-going. However, it should be cemented enough where you won't lose much of it.

The more I dig in the forums the more good information I learn about PE. Going to keep going. Seems like 1 hr of LM exercises is more effective than hanging for 1hr

wouldn’t this be a effective way to stretch due to the fact that PA stretches expose more of your inner penis when stretches it?? Then ofc in a controlled matter yank your exposed penis out with LM ( not in a literal sense )

I suggest you do both and the LengthMaster and the PowerAssist. I suggest you dedicate twenty minutes to each. Also, don't forget to bundle your stretches when using the LengthMaster

Depending on if you want to tackle the inner penile segment or the rest of the penile length. If you want to take on the inner penile segments, the main exercises are the Benders with the PA pulled up, down, left and right at the very base of the penis as the handles rest on your thighs or hamstrings, while both grips should be grabbing at the base of the glans for full pulling power stretches.

If you're going for the entire penile length, not taking on the ligamentary or base muscle tissue resistant, the PA should be place at the 1/3 and 1/2 marks of the penile shaft, while you stretch the penile tissues in all directions. Let us know if you still need that PA stretching diagram or videos, both could be found under the Media section and the PA product page under Instruction.

If there is documentation, unmodified photos that is, of before and after, then he will be one of the rare ones. Otherwise, a big fat "NO" we're sorry to say.

Just get a Lengthmaster. You’re legit getting 3 devices in one. Nothing in the market can beat that. Plus a Silistretcher, trust me you won’t regret it
