Bone pressed erect length: 8.7 inches x 6.5 girth (base)
Extender max stretch: 9.0/9.5 inches

(Extender used more than 5000 hours)

First, english is not my main language but, I try to do my best.
Here was my best routine PE.

DJ8cut Routine: 2014-2020:

10 minutes “warm up”
Stretching: every sides 20 minutes
Wet jelq: 30 minutes
Squeeze/+ double squeeze or clamping (4 x 5 minutes max)
Kegel exercise every day in my car: 10 minutes
(Monday to Friday)

“Andropenis extender”: 4-8 hours per day. (5000+ hours)
(working from home most of the time)
Weekend : off

About my extender, I started with the low/medium tension but, after a while the original springs on my extender were useless.
So, I was manually pull with my fingers the “plastic rods” and fixed them with strength to stretch my penis (that was not painful) and I also used andro confort kit, cotton tissus and a shoe lace to prevent silicone from slipping.
Every 30-45 minutes I always took off the extender and did a little massage at least 1-2 minutes for blood circulation and I put it back.

A lot of work, focus and dedication for a very long period of time but, the effort has been well worthwhile.
(Hope that it could be an inspiration for some guys here). :)

this routine looks very good. What I would like you to do is to compare it to the SRT routine and take some of the healing and gaining methods found in SRT to include in your own training. If you have any need for helping rewriting a routine I can help you there also. But from where I’m looking right now this is a very good starting routine.
 
And it’s always great to have people around that has done so well to help support the new people. Sometimes the confidence of your success will help keep a brother in the brotherhood. And if you can help even one brother because of this you’ve done a great thing
 
Nice program and size better than mine I started the thread yesterday, unfortunately I do not have such a possibility because I live with my parents, the pump is barely hidden behind the bed ?! I am waiting for your success results ?.

you just need to be creative with the way you work. You don’t have to have all those tools you can be creative and make some tools for yourself. You can do all of the power assist stretches using a PVC pipe. Since you have a pump you can do the 5×5×3 and there’s no better girth work out. You need to look into stealth PE, Getting five minutes in here and 10 minutes in there. Where their is a will there’s a way.
 
@DJ8cut When you stretched for 20 minutes each side, was that the total time of did you spend 20 minutes on each side stretching that particular side?

Your use of the extender device interests me. How long would you guess it took to see penis size changes wearing that.

I always use my extender “up and down” also both sides too, like a clock position.
For example: Up/12 o'clock - Down/6 o'clock - take it off + massage.
(put it back)
Right 3/o'clock and Left/9 o'clock - take it off + massage.
(15 minutes each side....repeat x 3).
So, every 30 minutes I take off my extender and do a little massage at least 1-2 minutes for blood circulation and I put it back.
(6 years completed +"one year maintenance" soon)

I started to add gains after 5-6 months but after, I also did lots of manual exercises like: jelq-squeeze-clamping.

(Hope that you understand......english is not my main language)
