Hey guys, new to the site and wanted to show you what I'll be starting with and see if you all have any input (looking at you DLD :) ). Always been pretty pleased with my size and thickness, but would love to get at least another inch of length and some significant girth gains. I'm also interested in exercises to expand the head of the penis specifically if you have any suggestions for ways to incorporate that into my training. Suggestions for getting started or courses of study? Was planning on starting with Phase 1, including warm up, basic stretches, jelqs, but eager to learn some glans specific techniques or incorporate some equipment into my routine.

Welcome my brother I’m so happy to have you in the brotherhood. Phase 1 starts out identical to the first part of SRT. You would have much better games usually start with the SRT routine then phase 1. SRT took over the phases due to the tremendous growth men gain using SRT. Have a look through the thread and let me know what you think and if it seems like something you want to do I can help you put something together.

No problem my brother let me know how much time you have, let me know what equipment you have, and let me know what your goals are and I can work out an SRT routine for you.

I can probably put at least 30 minutes a day, I often have more time available and can spend several hours working on my penis but some days are busy with work. Currently the equipment I have available is silicone cockrings and ball stretchers, as well as a motorized air pump.

I also wanted to let you know that I have quite a bit of experience practicing edging in order to prevent premature ejaculaion, and I’m curious about if I can incorporate this into my new penis enlargement routine.

Do you have any thoughts on using poppers (amyl nitrate) during training? I enjoy using them during masturbation but I’m wondering if they might help relax the penile tissue for penis enlargement training. Would be interested in experiment with this if you think the subject would be worth exploring. Thanks in advance for your advice :)
 
Hey DLD, I’ve been diving deeper into the protocols of SRT and now see that it is much more involved than I initially realized. It seems like the first step is to develop a consistent stretching routine, so I have a couple specif C questions about that. I see that in the first 2 weeks, the stretching sequence begins with 5 minutes of bundled stretching. Is this something that requires the lengthmaster or can it be done manually? And is there a distinction between “bundled” and regular stretching? I would love some clarification on this point, as I want to make sure that I’m beginning a stretch routine that is correct and productive. Also, I’ve seen mention of 13 fundamental positions for stretching, would you mind listing these? Just want to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. Guess it’s the OCD Virgo in me lol. Please let me know if I’m thinking about this process correctly. Looking forward to hearing from you, and thanks for your help :)
 
Let me help out with what I know...

Bundled stretches were designed with a manual application in mind. Same as a traditional manual stretch, but twist that lil bugger up like you are ready to wring it out. Then PULL!! Simple, effective...

You can try out variations of your own. That's what it is ALL ABOUT IMHO. Only YOU can find what is effective for YOU. Try your hand at everything, but do it with ease. Don't push yourself while testing the waters. You are gonna be swimming like a dolphin in no time.

Bundles are best done with the Lengthmaster because it gives enough intensity to do a really good stretching on the tunica. You can also be done by hand but it’s nowhere near as powerful. Bundle stretching is primarily for the tunica but they are also a superior addition to any stretch. OCD Is a good thing in PE!
 
Hey everyone, just finished my very first stretching session and figured I'd write about it because it was a pretty intense experience. I've been spending as much time as I can over the last few days digging my way through the forums and watching all the video material I can find in order to understand all the techniques and devices used in SRT, but I finally decided I just need to jump in get my hands dirty, so to speak, by trying some basic stretching.

I started by taking a quick shower to warm up my body, then took a seat on a towel on the couch. I'm staying at a friend's apartment this week while he's out of town, so there was no chance that I'd be disturbed. I began, as recommended, with a short set of bundled stretches. I first bundled to the left before tugging in the four cardinal directions for about 30 seconds each, then bundled right and repeated the process. I definitely felt an intense stretch in the tunica while I did this, which was a very new sensation for me that I'm sure I'll come to enjoy with time.

Then I moved on the the basic stretches, which I performed by hand as I don't have a Lengthmaster yet. I found a video on youtube that counts out 30 second intervals with 5 seconds of rest between, which gave me time to switch positions between stretches. (
). The first set of behind-the-cheeks stretches was rather uncomfortable, both because of the angle of the stretch and because it requires shifting to the side and reaching back behind the legs to reach the penis, but once I got past those to the frontal stretches, I began to relax and fall into the rhythm of the timer as I listened to the meditative Spotify playlist I had put on. Each set of rotaries was particularly enjoyable. I could almost feel the internal penis loosening up as I tugged it in tight circles.

By the third set, I felt much more relaxed, and felt I could really ease deeper into the behind-the-cheeks stretches. After i finished the final set of upward rotaries, I went to the bathroom to grab my hydrocortisone cream, and I noticed that the tip of my glans was red and puffy around my meatus, which made me think that maybe I was gripping directly on the glans too tightly. Anyways I rubbed that sweet hydrocortisone cream on in, and here I am, writing to you :)

Does anyone have suggestions on how to take this to the next level and bring out more of my internal penis? There are so many devices available in the shop, I hardly know where to begin. Definitely thinking about the Silistretcher, Lengthmaster, and possibly the SizeDoctor. I guess the next step is to establish a girth routine, but I'd appreciate any guidance the veterans can offer :)

Thanks for your post! I am glad to see that you are very focused and experienced. If you are looking for the best tool for Expressive gains is the LengthMaster for quick and powerful gains. You can express in many ways in the LM. In addition the SiliStretcher is a fabulous active and passive healing device. It serves s great purpose in healing the penis in an elongated position. These healing techniques truly speed how fast you grow.

Hey guys, had another productive manual stretch session today. Forgot to do the bundled stretches, but after the 3 sets of basic stretches my glans was a bit puffy and deformed again so I’m going to pick up some 3M micropore tape to protect it with in tomorrow’s session.
 
hey man,

i think for the first few month ur just fine doing manual work. its important to explore the pe training and ur dick without getting injuried.

He sure to get those bundles stretches in as they will help you with elongation and expansion. I should get five minutes in before every length and girth work out.
 
Definitely did my bundled stretches before my girth routine this evening. Made it through 3 rounds of 100 jelqs + 1 60-second SSJ before I noticed several small dark dots forming on the shaft and decided to listen to my body and warm down. Sure they'll be gone by tomorrow but felt it better to err on the side of caution.

Blood spots are quite normal and clear up within 24 hours, usually 12.
