Despite me really liking the Mityvac I feel that the intensity of the BM at max pressure is more intense than the MV. Should I go up to -10? The MV hardcore stretches don’t feel intense at all but with the BM it feels as if I’m ripping inner penis out of my pelvis.
What do you guys recommend?
BM and MV max pressure is slightly different. BM max pressure maxed out -12inHg, maybe -15inHg using a hand pump. But only using the gaiter, it maxes out around -8inHg.
MV goes as high as the
cylinder can handle, which is around -40inHg. Higher than that, not sure what will give up first: the connectors or the pump.
Cylinder will start cracking around -80inHg.
If you can go up to -10inHg, stay there only for 30 seconds, and drop down to -7inHg. And then swing back up for 30 seconds, and swing back down. Don't stay static. If you see edema, don't go up to -10inHg. Only to -8.5 or -9inHg until your fascias (skin layers) can handle the progressive pressures.
Edit: I pumped up to -10inHg and that’s more like it but still not the same as the equivalent feeling when I pump with the BM at max pressure. Hink is even recommending to go up to -12inHg
Are you using a hand bulb pump? Or just the normal gaiter pump where the
cylinder gets compressed downwards as you get the water out? Again, the hand bulb pump can go as high as -15inHg. My modded hand bulb pump can go as high as -21inHg before the seals start to break.
Hink recommends to go up to -12inHg in his videos, but he also mentioned in the later videos to remain below -10inHg. Yes, we do recommend to go past -10inHg ONLY for a short period of time, just to influence the volume of pressurized blood to force the breakdown of the corpus spongiosa. But DO NOT remain static at the higher pressures for too long. You will develop bad blisters, or worst, toughen the tissues too much that it requires even higher pressure to break down the tissues. Tougher tissues means harder chance for easier gains.
