Quick one-month update.
I started PE on 1/10/26. My erect measurements are still the same (6.0″ NPEL, 6.25″ BPEL, 5.0″ girth as of 2/14/26), which I expected this early.
What has changed is my BPSFL, which has been noticeably higher post-session. That’s been encouraging and feels like a good early response.
I’ve been running 5 days on / 2 days off, planning three weeks on and one week off before re-measuring. Early on I had some vacuum slippage and switched to manuals briefly, but now I’m using a comfort grip extender and it’s been much more stable.
Long-term goal is still 8.0″ NPEL, with length as the main focus. Treating this as a lifestyle and staying consistent.
One question: my pump tube is much larger than my girth. Would it make sense to switch to a tube closer to size and work up gradually?
Just logging progress and open to feedback.
