Looks like you found your approach. Most don't understand that it doesn't require you to be constantly in the upper high pressures past 10inHg all the time to get the results you want. It's about manipulating the pressures to match your body's needs at each PE journey period. Great job figuring things out.

While holding the bottom of the glans in place, with the penis fully straight out, use the other OK grip and slow, but with plenty of pressure to squeeze, and slide ever slowly to the base of the penis. This forces the fluid to displace and drains out. You can do it erected or flaccid.

Yeah, I would train about eight hours a day, every day, and I truly believe this was my secret to success. Everyone's different but for me, three times of doing that workout, busted through the plateaus I was going throughWow that’s quite the workout!

I think twisted bundles are a great way to add length, little uncomfortable at first but keeping it twisted for ten minutes straight really allowed for the tissue to become more flexible it appears!Very nice consistency. Yea was thinking that a lot of time passed from the last time I did girth !If you have more edema at the end, switch the pressure around. Start with 5inHg, then up to 8inHg, then down to 6inHg.
