Back to doing regular PE after several months off.
I honestly stopped with PE not because I didn't enjoy it, but because I found myself at an impass with my life as a whole.
Now I've got a much better job, am making more money, have more time on my hands, and am more sound of mind than I ever have been in my life.
Been back at it for a couple of weeks now and plan to possibly invest in some new equipment in the future, a new pump is in the works without a doubt.
Current plan:
- 30-50 gua sha scrapes after warm up.
- 1-2 hours high tension extender in 15 minute sets.
- As long as possible in all day stretcher.
- 15-20 minutes pumping in 2 minute sets.
I should preface by saying that I should be measuring my length and girth before and after the session in a BPFLS state but I frequently forget.
