Back at it, full time.

Have done PE sporadically for the last 3 months but now that I have managed to better my life, my income and my routines I have decided to go all in on a everyday 60-70 mins long daily routine consisting of 30 mins of stretching in 5 directions with 1 min hold each stretch. All stretching done in front of IR lamp.
Then I turn off IR lamp and pump for 3x7mins for a total of 21 mins under pressure.

This routine might not seem like much but I have seen studies and the results, where they even have before and after photos from the participants. And even the guy who conducted this study has before and after photos of him having gained good length and girth, just dont remember exactly how much, but it was at least an inch in length and over half an inch in girth. The study lasted 6 months and they gained around 0,7/8 inches in length and around 0,5 inches in girth, on average. As long as my memory serves me right that is, which I think it does in this particular case.

So I am following his reccomendations for how much stretching time you need daily and how much time under pressure in penis pump and even what is the optimal pressure in the pump for maximizing gains and minimizing fluid build, risk of injury and such. And having his half year study and the average length/girth results from it in mind I should be able to realize a 3 cm length gain and a 2,5 cm girth gain in about one year, as long as I stay consistent. The girth will be the more difficult one, but I WILL reach that too.

Also, newly having implemented my perfect all day stretcher which I can wear all day while doing absolutely anything I want, without it even coming close to slipping off or hindering movement in any ways. Zero problems wearing it while working out either and I basically dont even notice I have it on. And it is not in the slightest way uncomfortable, AT ALL, and you can even wear it while taking a piss. I just take it off when doing my PE routine and when sleeping, thats it, I even wear it while taking my cold showers as the material dries pretty fast afterwards.
And when it arrives I will also have a susbtantial weight system to put on top of the all day stretcher which also can be worn all the time with zero discomfort or risk of it falling off. So will be actively PEing all day long that way, while being able to do all the other stuff I need to get done as well, and believe you me I got enough on my plate so having found this product is just pure perfection and will definitely aid big time in me reaching my one year goal.

A few things you might want to include in your workout. I would say, the first thing I would get is this. The lengthmaster as this will turbo charge your length routine.

Also with your pumping routine, you may want to consider going for the 5x5x3. This will certainly help you gain girth, very quickly.

Those are good gains, but nothing compared to what you can accomplish using the SRT routine, which is basically your routine with a few things added. I'm not trying to discourage you. I'm trying to encourage you if you're willing to try these things out because I think you'll see a very big difference.

Much of this, you will need to discover for yourself as far as intensity and time goes. You want to reach a level of intensity that you can handle for the full time.You're doing the workout. So I suggest you practice to find exactly what works for you. The SRT workout takes about an hour and covers every possible aspect of enlargement.

Yes that would be considered an all day routine. Adding this in to what I already told you we'll greatly increase your chances of making growth very quickly, even quicker than your predicting. So check the things out. I told you about and if you have any questions, please just ask.

- 30mins HARD stretching in front of IR lamp. 5 directions 1 mins hold each direction.
- 3x7mins pumping in my brand new 2.125 inch diameter tube which felt extremely good as the 2 inch one was becoming very tight and painful.
- All day stretcher on, always, unless sleeping or doing my PE routine.

If anybody wonders about the all day stretcher I am speaking so highly of, but cant mention the name of, but hope I can say as much as that it is a very "stealth" product that is "made for men".
Still got my Lengthmaster, all my Silirings(only penis rings I use and buy them in bulk) and my beloved MityVac and a arsenal of MityVac tubesizes and love all those products which all are from MoS but the all day sleeves I bought from MoS doesnt even compare to the one I am using now.
And as mentioned in my previous post I have even ordered a very good, form fitting, no slippage, can wear while doing absolutely anything weight system for extra intense all day stretching.

Already got all the equipment I need, even the Lengthmaster so thats good.
