What is the next size after Bathmate Hercules

I recently got back into PE more seriously and it seems like I’m gaining faster. Because of work and a busy life, I stopped after gaining a little over an inch in length and an inch in girth. I still have the Hercules model with a winevac mod. What would be the next size in the newer bathmates?

I would highly recommend the mityvac.

Being able to purchase additional cylinder sizes as I tweaked my routines has been a game changer.

Also, as you mentioned the gauge is a much safer way to control how intense pumping is and progressively add controlled intensity.

You will not be disappointed. It was a little learning curve from the Bathmate to the Mityvac for water pumping for me, but now its enjoyable and I look forward to pumping every day.

Case by case, or brother by brother, basis.

Test first. Use the ones that has the most comfort while allowing you to restrict blood flow for 5 minutes, at max, 10 minutes. What does that means? Wear the ring(s), get full erection and allow the full blood volume for your penis to accumulate. From there, relax your erection. This is your full blood volume.

The full blood volume will slowly leave your penile chambers, slowly reducing to a nice plump flaccid roughly 50% to 65% your erectile volume after 5 minutes, or 10 minutes. This is where you want to be.

Now, wear as long as you want as long as the forementioned is satisfied. Do observe for fluid retention issues. This is where you need to control that your fluid retention doesn't cause issues.

I love it! I did some higher pressure air pumping for about 10 minutes and it’s nice having a great quality air pump for a change! Judging by the feel, I noticed that the winevac mod on my bathmate seems to be going to about 20 or so on the pressure. Of course I don’t leave it there but try to max out the pressure on my bathmate with the wine vac a few times while pumping to the point of pain even though I know we’re not supposed to.
Love the MityVac!

For others reading this, this is not recommended for any newbie, this is something to be very slow at and see where Hg you land at. I don't know about air pumping but for water pumping, 5-8Hg is recommend , 8-10Hg is above average, 10-12 Hg is pro level some might go into the 15Hg but that is max/hard stop level. Just to put it into perspective for some reading this.
