Same here. My past still haunts me til this day. But I need to remind myself sometime, that I'm not that person any longer, and that my past have no control over me. But sometimes I just feel stuck.
I know what you mean brother as we all have to remind ourselves so that we don't start dwelling on the past and get stuck there.

Feeling stuck for me is just a reminder that I need to get moving and do something, if not I'll just end up thinking about the past which is of no use for my future.
 
31.10.23- Did 6 hours of extending yesterday, unfortunately I could not get 7 in since the extender arm arrived so late in the afternoon.
Did not do the 5x5x3 either but still contemplating doing it this evening.

01.11.23- Did 4h10mins of extending yesterday.

Had stayed awake the night before to turn my daily rhythm around so my glands became a bit to irritated to get to 7 hours as it needs a night of sleep too, to being able to handle 7-8 hours of extending everyday. Today I will most definitely reach at least 7 hours.
 
02.11.23- Did 7h04mins of extending yesterday, finally hit that 7 hour mark again, must be at least a week since last time I did that due to the extender arm breaking on me.

Already got an extra extender arm on the way as I refuse to have anymore unforseen breaks in my extender routine.
 
03.11.23- Did 6h26mins of extending yesterday, was supposed to get 7 hours in but managed to fall asleep earlier than I had planned.😂 Shit happens.

As long as I get a minimum of 6 hours in everyday I’m very content with that, though my goal is still 7 hours everyday.

On another note I joined «Tinder» the dating app a couple of days ago and gotten likes from a couple of very attractive women that I’m thinking of writing to. Actually just joined to see if I still «got it» and it seems like I do. Just gotta figure out what I wanna say to them, thinking that keeping it simple and casual is the way to go.

Pumping and extending will be the way to go. It's important to have an expansion of the tissue, at least a session once per day for cementing gains, that is my belief at least.

It's definitely the worst out of all the "dating" apps.
Women get more likes because most men are desperate to get laid.
So it gives them this false sense of entitlement so you got women out here that are 5s thinking they're 10s cause they got 100+ matches in a day.

I could go on but if you're looking for a healthy relationship don't meet her on an app.

Totally agree, as I was very hesitant about joining it and actually just thinking of deliting my profile there. Only reason I joined, and as you mentioned, is to try to get some hanky-panky.

And I know, straight up average to ugly looking women thinking they are 7-10’s because of all those extra desperate guys blowing up their ego’s. And they all seem to have all these criterias and expectations that are out of this world crazy.

You’re very correct about the dopamine hit as I must admit I have been checking the app more than once a day, but luckily I’m very well-aware about how addicting such apps and social media in general can be. 05.11.23- Did 6h05mins of extending yesterday. Was gonna do the 5x5x3 but just could not get myself to actually do it. Also I’m a bit afraid that making my penis thicker will make it harder to extend and gain length.

Will see this evening if I find the motivation and energy to do it. If so I’m using my 2 inch MityVac tube since it’s tight enough for it to be more of a length exercise. When I’m starting to focus more on girth I will start using my Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 again since I got room to expand more in girth there.

So glad I got enough PE equipment to choose from depending on where I put my focus, on length or girth or even both.
 
09.10.23- Did 7h05mins of extending yesterday and also the 5x5x3 and wore my Siliring for 30 mins after SSJ’s/pumping.

It’s quite insane how girthy I get after only one round of the 5x5x3, will be using my MityVac for the time being since the tube is «only» 2 inch diameter so my pumping mainly becomes length work with some girt work as well.
When I have finally reached my length goal I will start using the Bathmate HydroXtreme 9 again with it’s 2,75 inch diameter tube to gain that glorious thick girth.

11.11.23- Did 6h14mins of extending yesterday and the 5x5x3. My dick is definitely starting to look HUGE, maybe I’ll even take another photo of when I’m pumping and post in the «pumping pics» thread.

Also, I’m soon 3 months in with the extending, on the 22’nd of November. It’s bizarre to think about that, the fact that I’ve been extending so consistently for almost three months now.

But still there are many, many more months of extending ahead of me. So excited about measuring in December when I will have over 500 hours of extending time.
 
12.11.23- Did 5h03mins of extending yesterday all hours at max tension(2800 grams)so was not able to get 6 hours in. Hoping staying at the absolute highest traction will yield more gains, usually I have had the traction between 2000-2800 grams of traction though I will go for maximum traction now everyday.

Did not do the 5x5x3 yesterday, will see if I get it done today though.

On a sidenote I was at my Doc this morning to talk about the possibility of a booster dose of ADHD meds in the evening and she was positive enough about it and will call a psychiatrist to hear if it’s ok with a little extra evening booster.
Hopefully I’ll have an answer today or at latest tomorrow, very excited about it since I will have a bit more energy and positive mood in the evenings. ADHD meds has saved me from still being a junkie.

I suppose your blood pressure are under control/low? I have always a problem where I have high blood pressure, so called white coat induced high blood pressure when they are measuring it. At home it's normal, or even really low.
I would like to have maybe a little more dose in the evening as well, but don't know if it's necessary, or possibly.

I know another guy who lives where I live and he gets a evening booster dose, so I know that it’s very possible to get it and I both hope and think I’ll get it too. Though I will be at a little higher dose in total during the day than what’s usually prescribed, I just seem to metabolize my ADHD meds very fast.

If you feel you could benefit from a evening booster dose as well there’s no harm in asking your Doc and just test it out for a period of time and if it’s not better then just go back to your regular dosing.

14.11.23- Did 5h32mins extending at max traction, 2800 grams. Did not get my pumping done though will see if I get it done today. Really like seeing my penis all long and full, it’s quite addicting.
 
Just did two rounds of 5 directions, 1 mins hold bundled stretches, first round all to the left side and second round all to the right side.

Think I’ll do this 1-3 times a day before putting the extender on, while always having my IR lamp out and ready to go. It was a helluva lot easier getting into the extender again, I must say, with my penis being all stretched out and warm.

So definitely adding this into my routine a few times a day and will also try to be consistent in doing the 5x5x3 as well.
Anything I can do to speed up the gaining process as of now I will do.
