Progress Threads need support! Please Brothers, help inspire others!

I am going through the progress thread and I am seeing thread where no one has supported a Brother for days! Do you guys realize how important progress threads are? They are more important to the user than anything else. It is so important for all of us to read and reply to the progress threads everyday. This gives so much inspiration and motivation to the user. It only takes a few minutes to go through and say good job! Brothers helping Brothers, that is what we were but on, never let a Brother down when you can lift him up!

PE is such an incremental art that it's very easy to get discouraged due to your mind not being able to see (accept) the change(s) and therefore maintaining your status-quo.
What we do here is obliterate that and create the body (and body parts) that we desire...it takes a shit-ton of time/effort/dedication/determination, but it's sooooooooo worth it.
Just remember that if you're struggling at any phase, one of us has already been through it and can help, or is currently struggling with it, so you're not alone
