Did my routine only once yesterday of 4x5 min straight down bundled stretches, one rotation.
Was still so tired after being stupid enough to drink those 4 beers the day before, though still I got some PE and my fitness routine done and woke up much earlier today taking my dog for a 40 min walk upon wakening up.
Now I’m caffeinating myself and getting ready for my AM routine and will most definitely get my PM routine in as well.
Must say it’s much more time efficient focusing on length only as I used over 1 hour on each routine before compared to only 40-45 min now.
Also, after getting properly hydrated again my flaccid still hangs as low and thick as it did when pumping. So the
Lengthmaster 3 alone still does the trick. Making my decision to focus on length only that much easier.
So glad I listended to my brothers on here and
@squirt_inducer_man especially telling me to buy the
LM3.
