I was told by my dermatologist. If you are constantly masturbating, you’ll get an inflamed hair follicle and I believe the same applies for PE as well if you are working your junk almost every day.

Just wait it out I suppose. My dick have been through a lot resently. Just frustrating to be forced to rest. But I have no choice.

it might be from shaving to that could be a big factor.
 
A dermatologist can provide intonements/steroids to speed up the recovery. Antibiotics.
Okey! I had one other as well, its gone. It almost feels like the RED/Nir infrared light have induced this. I got it immediately after a session with the light (or a combination of things)....my mind also goes to thrombosis can it be that?...well well I will not bother you with this anymore. Don't want to take up space in your thread with this. Thanks brother.

Maybe lay off the MOS-RED for awhile and go back to using a heater for length until they are gone. Anyway it’s no bother. We’re all here to help. : )

I will follow your suggestion. Oh man! I stretch so hard I can feel soreness in my inner penis even now. Feels like I need to get back to stretching. Will I hurt a woman with a 7.5" long dick that's the dilemma I have right now. I would be depressed if I could not go balls deep and I would hurt her. At least I want to cement 7" bpel. 🤔

Just make sure she is fully warmed up by using foreplay. Take your time take big guy you should be fine.

And just enjoy the process with stretching.

I didn’t take my own advice and the soreness is crazy. I believe it’s skin soreness and base soreness from bundles I can’t even stretch anymore I feel physically and mentally drained. Taking the next two days to recover.

Tomorrow I’m going to structure my routine a little bit different. I’m planning on doing 20 minutes of bundles stretches in the morning or afternoon followed by 25 minutes of bundles with 10 minutes of interval pumping later that night. This will give me a chance to heal elongated throughout the day with an ace wrap until I get some silisleeves sometime next week.

Plus tired of training in one long complete session at night takes too damn long.

I could barely complete 10 minutes of stretching today without feeling some kind of skin soreness around the base. My skin is chapped and I’m starting to notice tiny little bitty scabs. I’m planning on using some hydrocortisone in a minute to help with the skin soreness.

You need to apply hydrocortisone 1% after every stretching session to make it work. That is: To keep the intensity up.

I also recommend Locobase® REPAIR to keep the skin healthy and lubricated. But you can't apply them simultaneously. Wait one hour after applying hydrocortisone, before you can add another ointment.
 
what do you think about using Vaseline for the skin?
Not to lubricate and make the skin healthier.
Locobase® REPAIR contains skin-identical lipids.
It protects and restore the skin barrier. Try to find something that helps restore your skin. Use this in combination with Hydrocortisone 1%. It's also important to use a soap that doesn't dry out the skin.

Vaseline is fine for lubrication when pumping/girthwork but not to restore the health of the skin.

Taking a break from PE today and tomorrow just completed 10 minutes of bundles. The soreness is unbearable. This sucks because I had two days off in row from PE and worked out a full day yesterday, but I can’t seem to manage to stretch at full intensity or any without pain.

I’m a little frustrated right now

I understand your frustration. I had problems with this in the beginning as well.
