Wow, I noticed this routine is longer than a hour Including rest between sets. Should I do the whole routine and one or could I split it for instance do half one day and the other half the next day?

Either way is good but I really like the idea of having two sessions a day because it causes expansion and elongation twice in the same 24 hour period. I used to do two sessions a day but every time I went to the bathroom I would take five minutes to get even more work in to keep me expanded or elongated. I knew then that keeping the size around as long as possible would end up healing in a much faster way. Hence the start of SRT.
 
Today was the first day of SRT program and I have to say it's not bad as I thought.

True! It's just that I'm short on time. I was thinking something along the lines of doing 5 minutes bundles before work including wearing the silistretcher at work and save my routine at night before bed.

Great advice @Getbiglonger7!

If it’s not broke don’t fix it. You always want to stay with a routine until you have tapped out all of the growth possible. If you go more than 90 days without growth at that point it’s time to implement something much more intense. So continue on and don’t change anything

Upward LM stretches are extremely effective at elongating the tunica!

I noticed powerassist stretches have alot do to with bending and stretching the tunica giving it that good stretch.

And what’s awesome about it is people can just use a piece of pipe to do this routine. I probably shouldn’t be saying that because I’ll sell a lot less powerassist but I have to be honest that can be done with a pipe. The Lengthmaster is another thing all together, Nothing can compare.

I was wondering if I can create a new progress thread since its a fairly new routine plus I'm kinda losing motivation ?

Of course you can, you can do whatever you want we are free and open platform. Why would you want to start another thread when you already have one with so much action?
 
Hey guys, it's been awhile since I done any real PE work. Anyway so to day I decided to mess around with the bathmate in months and looks like I developed a red dot from staying too long in the bathmate. What should I do and will it go away on its on?

You definitely did too much.
If I was to guess, I'd guess that it will go away on its own with time, but I've never personally experienced this.
Hope you can get the answers you're looking for.
 
Take a few days off until the swelling goes down. And when you start up again use the 5×5×3 and you’ll avoid this ever happening again

I still want to continue interval pumping because I love it. I’ll move to SRT portion of pumping down the road. I don’t know how to say this, but it was a hell of a workout I actually put on a sweat this time from moving around so much.

I took @squirt_inducer_man advice and went high intensity taking a break every 10 minutes focusing on every angle I could think of. I even did some downward bundle stretches I could really feel the penis working.

Every angle I did is not listed above, but it’s close to it for instance BTC straight towards the back moving slightly to left and right and same for upward stretches and so forth. This also includes downward bundles as well.

You will be able to create so much intensity with this program. You can't pull your penis from your body. Your body and mind, won't let you do that. Therefore you can probably pull with more force then you think.

I tried downward bundles and they are amazing I can really feel the inner penis working. Plus this gives me a chance to step away from pornography since I am focused on stretching instead of sitting down all the time when stretching using a weight. Thank you again and God Bless

You're welcome.
I believe you will feel more productive as well with this program. It's awesome that you feel your inner penis stretching. My secret is that I always feel soreness in my inner penis. You want to stretch the entire penis, both the outer part and the inner part.

Look at how much inner penis there is.
Imagine always stretching the entire thing. If you stretch extremely hard, it's easier to stretch the inner penis as well. The reverse Kegels will come automatically then.

I plan on taking @squirt_inducer_man advise and workout either three days a week and one day off or every other day due to soreness.

Personally, I’m really thinking about working out every other day because soreness weighing in heavy today. I couldn’t even stretch at full force like I did yesterday.
