Sleeves are on special nowOne of my Durosleeve’s ripped today when trying to put it on. I noticed the flexibility changes with each sleeve making it harder to wear.

If you are close to your girthgoal, maybe there is a way for you to focus on lengthwork first, and girthwork later on. For me personally, I would not have the time to work on both at the same time. Maybe in the future...but not now.I have to admit tonight session went very well, I used one of the silisleeves that came with the Mityvac to hang with and went straight into pumping afterwards. Hanging takes a bit longer as I keep upping the time every 3 weeks.
I love pumping, but I just don’t see myself doing both in the same session as time gets longer. I’m scratching my head if I should just focus on stretching and hanging only or add pumping every other day.

Sounds like a good plan!I mainly been using pumping as a supplement to length. If time gets too long I might cut pumping down to 10 minutes or just focus on stretching and hanging.
I realize I’m experiencing skin soreness from the skin overlapping during bundles.
I always like that you post daily. This helps me to stay on track as well.

I'm feeling positive for the future. I know I will hit my goal in 2 months. I need to believe this is possible. This is the only way I can be happy doing this hard work.
What I discovered for myself is that 3 days on and 1 day off, is optimal to keep the soreness on my base/shaft and discoloration on my glans at bay.
If I do like 4 days or more of exercise, without rest. The soreness becomes to much to be able to keep up with the intensity.
Sharing this for a diffrent perspective for you. Maybe this can work for you as well, if the soreness is hindering you in some way?

That's good. Soreness on the skin of the penis is our enemy in PE. Such a good thing we have the MOS-REDSoreness is not too bad! I only do bundles 3 to 4 days out of the week not including 5 minutes as pre-stretch before hanging at night. It’s just that have 4 days out of the week of free time for training so I try to take advantage much as possible. Unless work interferes.

I started my Logbook at, Jan 28, 2023. So my goal will be accomplished 6 months from that starting date. So at August 1, 2023 I will be at least 7 ". That's my goal.

I'm a believer of pumping helps your length, to keep the tunica expanded will help with elongation and malleability. Even if you don't pump everyday, you could go for every other day or 3 times a week. Two hours of passive healing is good. More hours is probably better. But keep in mind you can make gains even without any passive healing at all, as well.@DLD I’m serious thinking about focusing on length only and not pumping. I’d like to keep my routine the same and focus on bundles and hanging at night. Do you think this enough to make gains ? Or should I keep pumping in my routine?

Yes I experience pinching when I clamp down all the way, you get used to it (LENGTHMASTER 3). There would be awesome if there would be no pinching, but my penis skin is expanding outside of the hollow out in the chamber so therefore I experience pinching. But I think there would not be possible to have no pinching either, if you press together your penis to the max there will be pinching, I do not think there would be possible to create a chamber without this uncomfortable pinching.@squirt_inducer_man

Remember what I asked you when I started? You told me to not clamp down all the way to reduce the pinching feeling. But now my penis is used to it, so I can clamp down all the way so both the upper part and the under part of the chamber are touching each other.
Warmup is super important. Before I start stretching, I do this:
Warmup before LENGTHMASTER 3 session (3 minutes warmup).
I use a sleeve over my wrap, 2 cut up Phallosan forte glans protector caps, this helps me with the pinching problem, and the increase of friction force in the chamber, but I still experiencing pinching. I also have two THERABAND pieces strapped down with rubber band on the pads in the chamber (increase the friction force).
What I discovered. I need a tight wrap and that I pull back the foreskin all the way to reduce the pinching feeling. The sleeves over my wrap helps keeping the foreskin pulled back all the way.
