DLD, Stillwantmore, Redzulu: how long does it take to "cement" gains and how much did you lose when you stopped doing pe?

I would like to know how long any pe veterans have gone until they felt that their gains were permanent or mostly permanent and stopped doing regular pe. And if any gains were lost, how much?

I ask because I have been on a consistent hanging and manual stretching routine for the last 6 months and my plan is to continue for another 6 months and then hopefully be able to stop without losing any gains.

In your experience, is this possible or is losing a little size just inevitable? Thanks to anyone who chimes in.

For me cementing gains meant doing a maintenance routine that brought me about a half of an inch past my goal size on length or girth. From there once I stop doing PE completely I would settle into my goal size losing that temporary gain I was getting above the size I desired.

Another way is to get to your goal size and stop doing PE for a month and if the gains stay there permanently. If you lose some of your gain it’s because it was not cemented yet.

It usually takes about 6-8 months of consistent penis enlargement exercise to bring about a permanent change.

I have took over 2 years off in the past and lost nothing. Once its cemented permanent growth, that is what it is ... permanent.

Knowing exactly can be tricky, which is why I use 6-8 months from my own experience.

So from what you've written here, by the end of 12 months you will indeed have permanent new growth that will stay with you, however, if you make sudden new growth say in month 10 or 11, this may be lost after the 12 months, it might not.

One thing I found, is, when your penis is used to gaining, has experience, it becomes far more easy to keep expansion, new expansion longer. For example, when I used the bathmate last week once for a review on MOS, I had some of the expansion still present for several days!

You read allot of guys lose it after several hours, but most are quite new to penis enlargement, whereas I have been doing it on and off since late 2001.

Something happens to the tissue in the cavernus cavernosa I think, making it more susceptible at keeping engorged for longer in the future.

Anyways, yes, you should be fine after these 12 months. Maybe stretch it to 15 months, with the additional 3 being maintenance or a buffer for anything to materialize.

Thank you. That's awesome to hear. Although I am aware that some people gain easier and faster than others but I'll go hard for a year and see where I'm at.

I have also been doing pe for a few years already (not as long as you veterans though) so hopefully that will help me keep my gains.

I'm agreeing with the guys above. For me, I never saw the temporary swelling from girth sessions as "gains" like some seem to. Only as potential. I knew if I kept pushing forward, the actual gains came.

With hanging, I never saw temporary "gains". My penis either measured longer every so often or not. Not sure why so many guys seem to have a hard time understanding simple concepts like this. You swell, or stretch the penis repeatedly over time past normal physiological limits (normal erect size), do it repeatedly with more resistance over time as the tissue adapts, and you gain.

I've only lost 1/4" out of the 2" of length I've gained. No biggie to me. I'll hang again in the near future.

This is why I'm shooting for 9 inches so when there is a loss in size, I will settle around 8.75 or 8.5 at most.
