Huge Gains From Erect Expressive Stretching!

Hey guys, I'm just super hyped and wanted to tell everyone that I've been doing expressive stretching while erect and I've literally have gained .25" in Length in just under two weeks. I also have been stretching while in my bath mate as well. I've always neglected erect stretches due to fear but Its been easy going so far just can't go too hard. IDK, I've been jelging literally with the same type of idea as expressive stretch from as close to the base and behind the testies and I believe all of these are a factor to the sudden gains. Another contributing factor might be that I was kind of on a decondition break for about a week and a half with just light stretches and wearing a sleeve. Just thought I'd share the wake up call on the erect expressive stretch I'm glad I finally started to implement it!

Well It started when I saw your twisted erect stretches post I'm super hyped I looked into that thanks DLD!

The routine has been mainly pumping, with the 5x5x5 I've been jelqing as far back as I can even behind and underneath the balls, with the twisted erect stretches, along with expressive erect stretches with 3 sets of 30 seconds each way. If I get a good seal I'm able to do stretches while using the bath mate.

morning routine
Breakdown would be 75 mg niacin flush with lots of water to get blood moving
1. Warm up flacid expressive stretches 1 set every direction
2. Bathmate warm up pump not too intense
3. I'd say its like an expressive jelq, and I've been focusing on the the sides and the bottom not the top when doing them, Expressive Erect stretch along with twisted erect stretch for as long as I can handle without loosing erection.
4. Bathmate again higher intensity and if lucky with a good seal stretches with that. And I clamp while doing bathmate with a ring along with a clamp under the head after seeing redzulus stuff on that.
5. Repeat step 3
6. Repeat 4
7. etc... I'd say this has been taking 45 minutes or so
8. Clamping at the end to try and cement the expansion

Daily sili sleeve all day and stretches when I have time or remember

night routine is similar to the daily and sili sleeve all night

I just pay attention to what my body is telling me and how it feels I have also take a day off from the routine when tired and just do stretches with the lengthmaster.

I'm kind of all over the place with my routine before these gains I was getting super frustrated with what I was doing before and decided as long as I'm doing something it will work out and my apologies if its unclear and unstructured but I definitely was getting burnt out before my focus went completely to expressive themed stuff.

Thanks for letting me know. I think it’s smart to be all over the place if you’re able to remain consistent. PE should be fun it should not be a task, it should be pleasurable, productive and fun. Doing the same thing over and over can get mundane and boring very quickly. When I write a routine I try to give as much variety as possible so men keep involved.

This is impressive. Have you tried to do the flaccid expressive stretching? To do this, you need to pull the penis 1 inch from the base. This exercise is very promising.
