Well guys I've been PE a long time and made some gains In my time, I got up to 7.5 Bpel and got stuck at that size so for first time decided to do compression hanging, been doing it 6.5mths now and hanging 23.8lbs 1hr a day every day.

In that time I've gained nothing but seems my septum is as strong as shit.

What's next, do I carry on and do crazy weights? Or do I look at ultrasound?

I also do bundle stretches for 1 to 2hrs a day before and after hanging

Any help from those hitting a brick wall appreciated
 
There are many reasons that this has happened. Whenever we are not able to make growth it either means we need to change the routine we’re doing or we need to increase the intensity and time of exercise. The penis will become accustomed to any exercise after a while. At that point it’s important to change it up and get the penis guessing again. Sometimes going back to square one is the best thing you can do. It’s sort of resets the body and the mind to give you a better trajectory when you come back for a more intense routine. So I suggest you spend a week or two on the newbie routine really putting effort into the stretching portion. And do all of those stretches bundled. If you have a Lengthmaster do all those stretches with your LM bundled. Bundles will always be the fastest way to expand in the elongate the Tunica. I also suggest using heat. The one thing I did that other people didn’t do was I use a heating pad all day long so at any point my penis was always in a supple and mailable state making growth so easy. I’ve always suggested this but people always sleep on it. So I suggest you go back to basics and use heat, bundles and the LM if you have it and I guarantee you you will break this plateau.
 
None as mostly at work and gym, I get 1hd max to do hang, other than that I do my bundle stretching discreetly whilst sat on sofa

heat with bundles will break the plateau. Not IR, that is very expensive. Old school heating pad. As much time as you can remain under heat and hit bundled stretches through the day I guarantee this will break the plateau. But AS MUCH AND LONG AS POSSIBLE!

To get the septum to stretch and grow, it requires good to excellent blood flow to the area. Improper or lack of blood flow will only toughen up the septum instead of stretching it. These soft-tissue areas, the tendon, ligaments, even cartilage have the lowest blood flood versus muscles and other organs.

This is where "The Law of Thermodynamics" comes into play. Apply heat to the area to increase the blood flow in those areas before, during and after PE-training. The ultrasound is used on soft tissue for physical therapy to increase the blood flow in those areas to promote rapid healing. When used properly, the Ultrasound (US) is an excellent source for heat and can be applied directly to the septum to promote stretching and growth with the proper PE-training..

There is a thread or two on using the Ultrasound in conjunction with PE-training. It is mostly some data reporting, sporadic entries, and not someone actually journaling his journey and results using it.

Cheers yea tried to look into what's needed etc but process still seems sketchy, found a good handheld that can do 1mhz and 3mhz which is handy but not sure if I can just grab this and crack on.

But I'll start by using heatwrap and see how we go, will let you know

The MOS Red would probably be a better choice because you could use this the whole time you’re training keep yourself warm but in my opinion that’s still wasted money. You can simply use a heating pad and get through this plateau easily. I want you to have that heating pad on you as much as possible not only when you’re training but when you’re not training. We want to get your penis into an ultra stretchy state so every time you get stretching in you are relaxed and ready to be stretched with the most effectiveness. I didn’t gain 2 inches in six months for no reason. I’m suggesting this because I believe this to be the thing that helped me put on length the most. But I did it with a regular heating pad.
 
Personally, I used a TDP Infrared Mineral Lamp when I did hanging 10+ years ago...
...heat will make a positive difference.
Ultrasound is ideal for direct heat in the area. As DLD stated, just apply some form of heat with the resources you have or can budget in your PE-training
 
Well been using heat now before and after each hang both yesterday and today, feel the hang a bit more now, let's see if makes much difference nce, cheers guys

Have tried fulcrum hanging?

Try expressive stretching with a lengthmaster, or do the alternative method without one. Target the inner penis, the penis where most gains in my opinion come from anyway, located behind the balls area. You take out all the shit when you hit this, remove the weak links such as the external shaft which contains this strong septum which many call it, just one factor.

Im doing bundled expressive stretching since Feb and seeing gains in length. Must be 1/4 inch and my erections are insane, thicker at the base.

Congratulations Red! I’m so happy you’re making such good progress!
 
Yea not stopped doing all those stretches throughout my time of PE, been using heat for few weeks now, see where it goes, would love to try Ultrasound but waiting for easy routine to come along
