Hello,

I received my order late 2020 but I have still not received the weights. Also no instructions in the box. Am I expected to just go figure it out on my own?? Any instruction I've found here are minimal and not written very well. All of the rubber sleeves have ripped within the first couple of months. Am I doing it wrong? Zero instruction.. You guys really need to do better in the support area. I emailed you months ago. Can you please send me the wights!? Or at least provide an explanation?

The rubber sleeves last on average of 2-3 months.
