Internal penis stretch

Hello, I recently joined and I’ve been reading all the info on the stretches and stretching routines.
So much info by the way!
My questions are:
how do you do the internal stretch?
Do you need to use a device to do the internal stretch?
Are there instructional videos?
I’ve been incorporating the basic stretches into my routine, I use the bath mate in the morning and phallosan at night.
Any info will be helpful

There are various ways to do expressive stretching or stretching internal penis outward. You can do them with a Lengthmaster in two ways, hole stretching and low grip stretching. You can use the Bathmate to do hardcore stretches, you can do them manually by gripping low on your shaft and stretch outward.

What is the remainder of your routine? What specifically are you doing? Let me know so I can help you add or take away things that will help you benefit from your routine.

Thank you for your reply.
In my routine I do the basic stretches when I wake up in the morning, the ones you provided, been doing that for almost a week, then I do 200 jelqs. I then go in the shower or bath for a bath mate session, 3x5min with as close to full erection as possible.
Then I put on the phallosan forte , I just got this device so I only use it 3 hours a day as of now, slowly working up to 8 hours.
I work in construction so it would be hard to use this during a work day. So use it when I get home from work.
Let me know if I’m doing something I should change.
