The holes don't lineup on my Lengthmaster...

Was all ready to start my hanging and stretching and it looks like the power assist does not fit on my length master..The Power Assist does not line up with the holes on the Length master..I thought this was all the bundled and made to fit..not happy right now.

Do you mind taking an image from the top side?
Also, take the bolts out and play a bit on both sides of the power assist.
I just know that I have had the exact same issue as you are having but then with a flip or a turn everything slid right in.

I have altered my LM a bit with some additional holes but i could send an image with the original set up if you want?

Tried it every which way and it's waaaay off. I have emailed sales and hopefully they get me another one asap

I love it, it looks like you can make any positions from anywhere for ultimate comfort. Very impressed!

Shockingly I am getting the run around from sales..Here is a video where I try both inner and outer holes and they don't fit..Pretty obviously the holes were drilled in the wrong spot..

Yeah something looks weird. Don't fret I'm sure sales is just trying to fully understand if it's some new issue they never heard of.
But I think too it's obviously a defect of some sort. Keep it touch with sales, MOS will make it right.
I personally just got my LM3 today! I have no similar issues, works wonderfully. But these things do happen you'll get in straight out soon.

Here is me trying on the other side just to show that the holes don't line up..You try one then the other side is completely off..Should I just keep writing this sales guy? I mean bottom line they have to send me another..This is frustrating.

It does looked manufactured incorrectly. In no way am I saying you're wrong, It does look impossible to align the screws and holes, just for my curiosity upload a quick video of putting the handle into a screw. But again, it does look completely way off. When I received my LM today, it was assembled, so I assume your pieces just didn't come assembled.

Nice vids of showing it man! Yah it's not right of course! It looks like the hanging part is not long enough. Your handle piece looks fine. Keep at it with sales they'll make it right. I dealt with MOS a long time I've never been let down!! And let's tag @Lightning here, so he'll see the vids

This sucks that you have to deal with this but seriously, if you were going to have an issue, having It at MoS is the best option as they will take care of you (and there are shit loads of stories out there on places that wont).

The one other thing to mention.... if you have a C-clamp and a drill, as you saw in my images, it takes less then 5 minutes to add a set of holes.
You shouldn’t have to do that, I know but it is a way better option then being pissed off... besides, theres way more bigger things that you want to save being pissed off for.

I see what the confusion here was. When you ordered the Power Assist and Bundle Chamber at two different times, they sent you a Power Assist that was pre-drilled for the older bundle chamber. They had a few older Power Assists that were drilled differently, they have now removed those from the stock to avoid further issue. When a person orders a LengthMaster, it comes pre-assembled with both the Power Assist and Bundle Chamber combined so there is no confusion.
