Yes I no longer train to make gains, I simply train to invent new exercise and tools. I have not had a steady routine for about four years and the last routine I used was SRT. I’ve never lost anything that was not cemented
It is amazing. I really apologize for the inconvenience but I have one final question, how long did it take to gain 4 inches?
 
DLD I'm thinking about keeping the tube I have and focus on length if possible and some girth.

I want a new routine using the Mityvac to keep the boredom away. It would be cool if you can help!

A gain 2 inches in length my first six months and a half an inch in girth in that same time. The remainder came over nine years following.

nine years? But why did it take so long to gain the last 2 inches? I mean, did you change the intensity of your exercise or what?

after 2 inches it just became much more difficult to gain. And I was in no rush at that point so it didn’t really bother me, I plan to be in PE for my whole life.

It is smart to have a narrow tube for links work so never get rid of it, use it for that. So when you upgrade to a bigger tube for girth work you’ll still have the smaller tube for length work.

I definitely feel the Mityvac is way stronger than the Bathmate but on the other hand I feel like I get better suction with the Bathmate. I was thinking about incorporating the two together but I feel like I might stick with my BM for now. I don't know! I believe it's a matter preference for me. I'm not good at making reviews
 
I got temporary gains Whit the BM,but I never noticed permanent gains well I never had enough consistency.. actually if you have enough time and privacy you can have a great time using it

This was the second good review we got today the first game from Bostonian and now from you. It seems as though they Mityvac is winning out.
 
Hey guys, I'm already having trouble with my mityvac.

I already checked the hose and hand gun it's self and everything seems to be working fine, but when I connect to the tube the pressure goes down slowly or every 10 seconds.

I can't even stay at 5 hg or 10 hg without losing pressure.

Now I did get water in the hand gun the first day I got the mityvac by accident when Hydro pumping but not enough to cause leakage I think.

I really like the mityvac and I want to continue to use it but it's a bit upsetting for me.

By the way I have a clear blister from over pumping and two tiny ones next to it on tip of my glans . Should I pop it or let it go away on its own?

Never ever ever pop a blister or you’ll end up with a scar. Allow it to drain on it’s own. You can increase the speed up this process by using a hot compress but nothing more than that.

Looks like it’s healing up pretty good. Are you putting bacitracin on it? From the way it looks I would say you can start pumping again in maybe two days. I’m very pleased that you did not pop this or you would end up with a scar. Then when you get back to work he sure to use the 5×5×3 so this never happens again.

OK no problem but I want you to know that you will not gain much length from pumping, this is mostly girth exercise. If you want to do a girls only work out I have a great work out for you but if you also want length and you want to use a tool I recommend the Lengthmaster, the best length tool available. If you want to go manual let me know. From here I can put a routine together for you.

yes I do! Do you have all the tools with the exception of the SiliStretcher. So you can do all of the active exercises except for the passive healing which we can substitute something until you can get a SiliStretcher. How much time do you want to invest every day?

So far I have had temporary gains, but that hasn't stopped me. I still love my bm and I still use it when relaxing in the tub :)

As far as my girth flaccid is concerned I never really measured tbh.

Hey man, nice thread!
Just wanted to jump in saying, that I had exact same water retention problems as you (my dick is v similar, cut and about same lenght/girth). Using a condom in bathmate removes 90% of water retention leaving you with a nice blood pumped dick as opposed to this alien like watery dick :). You can reuse condoms multiple times as well. Personaly I assumed that extra watery retention is bad because your skin will get soggier from continuosly being overstreched, which is why I thought stretching without it is better.

if you click on the word PowerAssist it will bring you to the PowerAssist page which shows you all of the fulcrum exercises.

I’m so excited for you my brother you’re gonna do awesome. Let me know when everything comes in and let’s make sure we get your progress thread looking really good.

Rolls are when you are in your Lengthmaster you pull straight forward and then your roll back with the handlebars towards your base and then stretch from there. Extremely intense and powerful stretch.

How many sets when performing Upward LM stretches and how should I perform this exercise?

I noticed right after rolls I'm doing 5 minutes bundles as well correct?

Upward stretching I would do four sets of one minute. This is a very good Tunica exercise. And yes you want to do five minutes of rolls and five minutes of bundles. Be sure to make sure you bundle equally to the left and to the right so you do not close curvature.
