I have come to the realization regarding the relationship of routine and equipment in the PE world. I was someone who got length gains of 1.25-1.5’ and cemented 1’ of those gains going from 6NBP to 7NBP..I felt like I was bigger in some other measurements and 1” in MSEG but that is not the point. I made gains just getting in the SG and putting in hours. Like a lot of hours of a couple of years and then didn’t do anything for years. Absolutely no routine. Just get in and chill when doing things like studying and working on computer. So what is my revelation,
My revelation was I was like well how are these motherfuckers pulling off 1’ erect length in 3 months or 6 months or whatever their quality leap forward in gains and I logged so many hours over years and only cemented 1’. Sitting there like fuck I should have gained 3’ and been done. As, I got over my frustration of this feeling (almost like PE jealously) (dick envy(cwl))I noticed my girth was like my erect girth even when flaccid like I was always plump and made the elasticity especially the tunica feel really tight, no give. So I happened to take that frustration and channel into DLDs newbie daily stretch and Jelq routine. I noticed that my elasticity improve and I started to “thin” out while still having quality girth and immediately better EQ. I know this continued path will make those fast (realistically) gains show up for me. Now that all the backstory is all filled what is this epiphany relationship I observed, at least for me.
The SG or any ADS is JUST a tool, the real results come from a structured ROUTINE which only amplified the effect of the tool.
PE Equipment (ADS/Hanger/Pump) = Squat Rack, Bench Press, Dumbbells
Routine = the warm up stretch, proper weight selection, structured execution of reps,sets, and movement.
**As in my story, the equipment can get you gains even just by fucking around with the tools, but with structure they become unfathomably more effective.

Today was another breakthrough day on the PE front. I had major swings in ups and downs today but developed clarity in terms of how I will easily reach my end of 2020 goals.
Note: I have been pretty consistent with the newbie length routine followed by 25-30min of LM work and some SG hrs thrown in.
Today was interesting because I started to hang for the first time. I used the LM chamber and wrapped then attached the clip to a 10lb water jug. (I will get metal weights when I can). I did three sessions of around 10-15 min with that weight which was a little intense but I felt like I could handle it. Now here comes the downside. I didn’t realize after the third set from all the downward pressure that I developed quality fluid retention that just looked at the moment quite awful. Clearly the downward pressure of holding blood in the tip and some shaft made it swell. It reminded me of the fluid retention with the BM but felt hot to the touch and looked swollen. I was concerned as it was like a third of my shaft. (I use the LM at a low point).
I stopped the hanging and did a little SG work as I waited to see the swelling go down. Thankfully it did in a relatively quick timeframe. I was fortunate as the moment it went down I saw gift of a durosleeve had arrived. I was literally just contemplating how I would alter my wrap to deal with the fluid retention. I was concerned about my wrap. I decided to take a bit of a chance and try ONLY the durosleeve with the hanger.
Results: I wanted to use only the durosleeve so I had a quick way to get in and out of the chamber for heavy hanging and not use up all my wrap material. I could use it just on LM stretches. Well my theory was correct. I was able to hold significant weight with only the durosleeve on. It was comfortable enough where I could place the chamber very close to my shafts base and the duro grip would keep it in a decent spot. I believe due to jumping to 10lbs immediately I began to turtle slightly due to longer sessions and the weight, I can change either of those variables in the future to prevent minor turtling. The big thing though was due to such a great grip all of the pressure was taken off of the glands and felt directly in the tunica, ligs, and internal. The hang was just fantastic, no pain where you wouldn’t wait it (glands) but enough pressure/discomfort in the right areas where you know shit is gunna get real as you put in hours of this training. I did 3 sessions of around 15-20 min before the turtling took place, but as I exited the chamber at the end I just felt such fantastic elasticity at the root of my shaft, plus I had done LM work earlier in the day. The durosleeve has made me feel set for a long and fruitful hanging journey. Never have I seen such a nice hang with quality girth maintained afterward. As a totally newbie to hanging I think this can destroy any tension I got simply from the SG extender. I am pumped for more sessions.

MityVac has arrived. Need some tips or things to keep in mind as I get started. I did not receieve any lube with the Vac and am unsure how to cut the massive sleeve you get with it for the cap sleeve combo. Due to this I tried to enter the tube without any sleeve on or the thing for the base and just pressed it to my bone pressed and pushed on the gun. I got a little pressure but I got to 5hg quickly and was able to pull it off my bpfl very easy as if the pressure was weak. I have almost no hair down there, but not a clean shave. I think there is a learning curve and I am just messing up so need help.
Update: New Routine Experiment and Question
I am going to try a new routine as follows:
AM- newbie stretch routine
- LengthMaster bundles and stretches
- SG extender for multiple hrs (25min sets at max extension and tension)
- in between SG breaks I will jump back into LM with the silisleeve on not my full blown wrap as with my first set and simply get some up out and down stretches in. (Basically inscrease amount of LM stretching daily)
PM - MityVac + jelqs
I would like to keep this routine as a daily driver.
Question: Has anyone used the VLC Tugger attachment with the SG and developed pretty intense bruising around the tip of the head. I have been using a VLC that doesn’t fit my head as best it should it’s a little small, and when I stretch out in the SG and then remove the device it leads to swelling as if the tip has been smushed into the VLC. I believe it is causing this bruising and a think layer of skin like microfilm non painful has been sheeding from that spot. I don’t know what to do as I like the SG but my VLC is too small and I don’t have the noose anymore. Idk what to do as I want to continue ADS work but this bruising is dark but not painful. I’m contemplating switching to the silistretcher to go with this ADS plus I can hang and wear to sleep after my PM MityVac session. Any ideas of what to do would help.
Decided to not re size my VLC as the SG was getting a little annoying as its not the device to really live any type of active lifestyle. Due to this decision I revamped my arsenal and picked up a SS 2.0. I chose the 1.5 bell as I believe it will fit fine and didnt want to overshoot with the 2". I rush delivered the SS 2.0 so I do not miss much time from my routine.

I am looking to use my LengthMaster in the morning after a manual stretch and then use the Silistretcher in place of my SG. I would be hopefully using my durosleeve to hang for a bit and then passive stretch at work and when I sleep. I would also get at least one MityVac session in per day probably at night. I would prefer to use the Silistretcher at night even after girth work, is this possible?
Today I took a rest day due to soreness felt in the inner shaft almost around the PC muscle area. I believe this is due to extending the hours logged in the Silistretcher over the past 2 days. Not sure what to make of this soreness?
The last two days I have been going through my normal manual stretch routine and then doing some of the same stretches within the Length Master. I then use the Length Master chamber for hanging. I have been increasing my hanging sessions due to shelving the Size Genetics. I have been using the last two days to figure out how to utilize the hours after my manual stretching and LM stretching. I think I will continue to use that time to hang with the LM and when in between sets just put on the SS with the leg strap to stay elongated. I have had some aggravation with the sleeves and getting them on. The durosleeves are a bitch to get on the SS after rolling it even once. The silisleeves seem to be easier especially when I am not using any heavy weight and solely staying extended. The big thing I got out of yesterday was wearing the silisleeve on the job for some passive extended healing. I have noticed increased soreness, but I have noticed that I am feeling more elastic in a flaccid state than even before and the vein running down the top of the shaft seems slightly thicker. This is very early to really give an in depth review of the SS, but passive healing in an extended state post hanging and LM work could be the key I needed to really pack on some quick FSL and EL. Fingers crossed.

I took a day break from MityVac after pumping around the 12.5hg after intense length days due to what I thought was a weird vein situation. I took the day off out of caution, but I have since re-evaluated and believe it may be the formation of a new vein. There is no pain, it feels thicker, looks almost like an elevated stretch mark, but it feels like I vein when I pinch it. It is closer to the base and moving towards the glands on the side of the shaft. I would like to think its a strengthening vein as base girth grows and supports a longer thinker shaft, but I have no idea.
How do I reduce the pain on glands when using the silk stretcher for hanging? Feels like the concentration is on the glands vs the shaft even with durosleeve or silisleeve. Is it just too much weight? What would be the best way to mitigate this pulling painful feeling on the glands? Also, how do I contact @sales for missing 2.5lb weights?
Sometimes yes and sometimes no. I initially tried to the glands act as a stopping point for the LM chamber as the weight, especially the heavy 10lbs, pulls the chamber down. I basically was trying to make sure I didn’t turtle into the chamber but my glands will hurt a bit against the black inner piece of the LM chamber. I think I just get overly frustrated when I am totally limp and have like no blood flow especially when the shaft is fatigued and I am trying to run set after set with 10lbs and my shaft begins to turtle a bit where the durosleeve and some foreskin overtake the glands. The pain in my glands is really felt when I do 10lbs in the Silistretcher, but I can’t force the blood out because it’s expanded in the bell. The pain with either method is not super super crazy like can’t even use it, just nagging enough to make you want to stop hanging after say 2-3 minutes. In order to get the most out of my hanging I know I have to remain extended, it could just be the weight. I never hung before in my life and tried 2lbs to 5lbs to 10lbs very quickly. I may just not be ready for that yet w/ the Silistretcher. Does weight matter more? Or does time under tension matter more for getting the best results with the Silistretcher?
Have not posted in a while. I have been pretty consistent with a 2 week break from early February until now. I use the lengthmaster to do stretches in all directions and get at least two hanging sessions for 5-15 min a day with the lengthmaster at 10lbs. I have NOT seen the real explosive length I was looking for over the past 6 months, so I am looking for advice on modifying my routine for what I believe to be a "hard length gainer". I know my girth will explode which is why I am not using my MityVac as much. Should I possibly use MityVac daily and SSJ or continue on a length dominant routine?
I use the LM for stretches
LM hanging 2X5-15min @ 10lbs
then use SS for passive healing through the day.
I need help with a routine that will shock me to grow length as that is def my harder area to grow. I am hovering in the 7.25-7.65 BPEL range and am dying to get over 8. NEED HELP PLEASE. Putting in a lot of work and not seeing radical gains is disheartening and don't want to get complacent. Any advice or help would be appreciated to help me bust through this plateau.
3/5/21: Routine Update and Motivation for Members.
DLD just sent be a banger of a hardcore routine that will be executed once I return from my business trip on the 12th. I do have a question for @DLD should I split the length and girth into two diff days as it’s a hell of a routine?
I have currently been doing the newbie routine with each set being finished with a couple minutes of hanging 10lbs using the LM then I would use the SS to passive heal through my work day. I did this routine yesterday but I increased the hanging weight to 20lbs which was fucking rough so I felt fatigued where I couldn’t stay in the SS so I just let it be the rest of the day. This lead me into the motivation for the members.
Due to fatigue and my feeling that I was going to be hooking up with a girl I was hanging out with I decided to take a SuperActive Cialis. I think it was no more that like 5mg or whatever. I hadn’t used them in a while and knew they were weak doses and had them for a while thought they wouldn’t even work or have delayed reaction. NOTE: I solely used it due to potential fuck session after super fatigue from a workout plus still in the moderate reboot stage of NoPMO (1 relapse in 30days, 7 days perfect).
Either way we ended up hooking up and going back to my place to crash after a couple drinks. One thing lead to another and we are fucking. So first off, I fluctuated between 80-100% EQ for literally hours, and had no chance of ejaculating, which was welcomed for me in this scenario as I wanted to enjoy her and analyze how my PE has helped my size and strength.
So I believe PE has def helped my EQ strength even with that minor pill. The strength was noticeable to me. And of course, I am currently 7.3-7.5BPEL and 5.75EG and she was overjoyed with it. She was literally screaming like a banshee using the words “perfect” “amazing” and “unreal” to describe my dick. Shes a 5’7 curvy female with hips and ass. She had some trouble taking the stick especially the girth towards the entrance. I still felt like I could give her more length as I didn’t feel like I hit bottom, and since she was curvy I had to get her legs up just to get balls deep which she managed to take with such joy. Idk how some of these monsters do it with 9BPEL and 6+EG. Guess I’ll find out someday LOL. Of course it could have just been her body, but it was tough to get in but once in I felt like I could have given more length. Either way she was thrilled with dick. PE and developing a great size accompanied by stamina is just mandatory in every guys life. This chick literally pulsated on my dick for hours like her soul was leaving her body, she literally was like I can’t come anymore I drained, and her body was clearly crazy stimulated. PE IS AS IMPORTANT AS FINANCIAL EDUCATION, DIET, PHYSICAL EXERCISE, AND COMMUNICATION SKILLSETS. Push Forward Members!!!
