Day 4 (Week 1)

Stretched both morning and evening today after warm up - only did one set for each direction and 1 set of rotary stretches (want to take it easy my first week). Put on some hydrocortisone after morning stretch

After stretching in Evening:
Another hot towel warm up - 5 min
5x5x3 Pump SSJ
10 min Jelq
C-ring for 30 min - with hot towel
Hydrocortisone

Cant wait till I get my SS so I can ADS

I took my measurements (in original post). To be honest it was quite difficult, I ended up waiting till i had the c-ring on so I could make sure I was fully erect. My question is it fine measuring yourself with a c-ring on? as opposed to not having one on? What is the correct way.

Welcome back my brother and what a fabulous routine! It looks like you’ve really done some good research and putting it in the full affect. I’m subscribed and I’ll keep watch every day on what is happening.
 
Day 5 (Week 1)

Woke up feeling good today. Decided to give my dick a rest from pumping, but still got in 3 solid stretch sessions (1 set each direction per session) and 15 minutes of slow Jelq's using cocoa butter. Today I tried using a coat hanger to help with my stretching and it felt so much better and deeper. Threw on the C-Ring after Jelq's for about 20-30 minutes and did 50 kegals.

One of the SiliSleeve's I ordered should be arriving in the mail later on. Going to do one more stretch session and then throw it on to ADS while I sleep tonight. I will give an update on how that went tomorrow.

@DLD - I'm going to take it slow while I get my penis adjusted to PE again but how long do you think I should wait before hanging with the SiliStretcher? I'm not getting mine till next week and don't really plan on jumping into hanging right away, just curious.

EDIT: Got my SiliSleeve already. First impressions - fits like a glove and honestly don't even feel that I have it on. I could definitely sleep with this thing on. It was kind of a pain in the ass to get it on at first but I'm sure it's something that I will figure out over time. Solid product.

Awesome picture my brother! This is such a great way to heal and to make length gains cement so much quicker. As far as when to use your SiliStretcher, I would use it right away. It does take a little while to get used to it so it’s good to have a few days of practice. Once you’re ready let me know after your first session.
 
Day 6 (Week1)

Yesterday I put the SiliSleeve on as soon as I got it (around 6:30pm), took it off once to get one more stretch session in and then threw it right back on. Wore it all night till I woke up this morning at 8am (~13+ hours straight). Woke up once to piss in the middle of the night but didn't even have to take it off. Most comfortable ADS throughout the night. Didn't have any marks or bruising, I did a good job making sure I got all of the blood out of my head and shaft before I fell asleep. Woke up semi erect, when I took the thing off my morning wood felt significantly fuller than normal. Put a hot towel on my dick for around 15 min followed by stretch routine and then right back into the SiliSleeve. I'm pretty convinced that the best way to grow is to have an ADS on whenever you're not doing manual stretches or girth work.

Today I will be doing the following:

Around 1pm
Warm up
Stretch routine
Pump SSJ 5x5x3 + Kegals
Jelq 10-15 Min
Warm Down
Wear SiliSleeve till pm workout

Before Bed
Warm Up
Stretch
Warm down
Back in SiliSleeve


Also, I might try some Erect Stretches during evening workout. I keep reading that it's the best way to cement gains, can someone explain why to me? If I do I will probably start with just 5 min in 30 sec intervals.

Day 6 (Week 1) cont.

Randomly decided to measure myself as I was getting hard for my pump and it was showing 6.5in BPEL. I took my original measurement on Tuesday and I was at 6.25in AFTER my stretching and girth routine with a cock ring on. I'm not sure if this is legitimate but I will check again Sunday. I think I'm going to take measurements every month and put on original post. Has anyone experienced growth that fast? Seems a little off, but I'm going to use it as motivation for now.

I presume if it doesn’t hurt then the skin hasn’t been broken but it’s still quite superficial. I’d say keep going and if it does start to hurt, stop. Simples.

Is there anything better than post ssj/pump, pump?

I had the itch and did my girth session an hour early today. Was curious how much thicker I got when I was fully erect with a c-ring on, it was showing just under 6in EG. I know it's temporary, but I will get it that big permanently during this journey.

@DLD after looking more closely at the marks on my dick (last pic posted), I realized that they're actually ingrown hairs from me never taking off my SiliSleev. Is this bad? Is there something i can do to fix this?

Day 9 (Week 2)

Dick felt slightly fatigued today. I probably had my best girth workout yesterday so I'm assuming it was from that. Also, my skin was pretty dried out when I woke up. I think I'm going to just do regular stretches and 10-15 minutes of jelqing for the next few days. I will be in the SiliSleev the rest of the time.

Newbie routine stretches (1 set each direction, 30 sec)
Warm down 5min
Back in SiliSleev

I was reading up on ingrown hairs last night and tried taking them out with tweezers but couldn't get a hold of any of them. Does anyone have suggestions?

Thanks for the support brother. I think I was having a hard time staying erect when I first took measurements, my EQ has been a lot better since starting so moving forward I will take measurements without one. It was pretty nice seeing that I was longer when I took the second measurement and I didn't have a c-ring on.
 
Day 9 (Week 2) cont.

Was feeling pretty fatigued after morning stretch and wearing sleeve earlier. Probably 5/10 fatigue level. Took the sleeve off and rubbed on some cocoa butter to relax my member for about 30-40 min. Figured I might as well use this to my advantage and got another stretch set in, all directions for 45 seconds. Right back into SiliSleev. Feels fine now.

I'm getting my BM Hydromax in the mail today, I've been using a vacuum pump at a moderate intensity for the past week and have had no issues with it. I'm probably going to wait until tomorrow evening or even Wednesday to use it, I had the OG BM almost 10 years ago so I already know how powerful they are. Taking these first couple weeks slow.

Will update again tonight.

Just finished more stretching and 15 minutes of Jelqing at 7:00pm, back in sleeve.

Might throw in one more stretch before bed.

Any suggestions for a newbie hanging routine for my first couple weeks when I get my SiliStretcher (weight, time, etc.)? I have all the weight increments I need, even a couple 1.25 lb plates.

Got one more stretch & jelq session in before strapping into the sleeve for bed. My elasticity is improving each time and I feel like my passive healing in the sleeve at night is really contributing to that. Dick feeling really good.

I've got too much time on my hands during this quarantine.
 
Day 10 (Week 2)

Woke up at 4am because the SiliSleev slipped a bit, did some massaging for a few minutes with Hydrocortisone and put it right back on. When I woke up at 8am and took it off I got as stiff as a rock immediately. My EQ was so strong that I had veins popping out to the point where it looked like I was clamping.

I went and bought the most comfortable ace bandage wrap and used it over my SiliSleev, it makes it so much more comfortable! The sleeve itself prevents slippage and the and the wrap allows you to get a slightly longer stretch than what the sleeve offers. Makes for a nice bulge when wearing pants/shorts too.

I'm not the right person to ask. I've only hung once and it was yesterday. I started with 5lbs for 5 minutes and it was fine. Did 4 sets total 2 at 5lbs and 2 @10lbs

New wrap feeling great, I even threw on a ball/cock ring combo that barely squeezes the shaft of my dick but allows for a slightly longer stretch for passive healing. Will probably take the ring off before bed though for a more comfortable sleep. I would like to also get my balls to hang lower this PE journey, mine either hang decently or are basically attached to me. I remember when I was first on mos back in 2011 seeing Supra with his crazy long leather ball stretchers and wishing I had bull balls like that. Are those pics still on here?

@DLD - if my dick normally hangs to the left would it be better for me to have it positioned on the right side of my leg if I'm wearing boxer briefs while passive healing?

Going to do 1 more round of stretching and 10-15 min of Jelq's around 9:30 to hit the ligs while I'm slightly fatigued and make sure there is no leftover fluid retention before bed.

I think they sell those leather ball stretchers in the MOS store. Also you can do the testicle massage and stretch routine to get your balls to hang lower.

Yeah I started doing the testicle health from newbie routine over the last few days just haven't posted about it - probably will moving forward. I actually have a silicone ball stretcher pouch in the mailbox I was just too lazy to get it tonight. Will get it in the morning.

@DLD Should I be concerned about these marks? It doesn't hurt at all, my dick actually feels really good after my first week back and don't really want to take a break because of it. They are on the back of my penis.

That’s nothing to worry about. This is blood spotting and it usually goes away within 24 hours. You don’t need to take a break. Eventually this will not happen as your penis becomes more and more adapted to what it’s doing

The freaks come out at night! Yes my brother I go to sleep at around 6 o’clock in the morning and I wake up around 3 o’clock in the afternoon. So right now it’s kind of like the afternoon to me. I do this because it helps me answer questions without being interrupted every two seconds and I also get to talk to people who are on a different time zone. I answer every post every day but I prefer to do it at night. Plus I have my ministry I run which takes up a lot of time also.

Yeah I've heard of it. I'm going to try Kigelia since nobody from mos has experimented with it (that I know of).

Leach oil has been tested with inconsistent results. There was really only one member that did it consistently but we never found out what the results were. I look forward to you trying something new

I noticed the base of my dick has been peeling/shedding skin over the last few days. Dick is still flexible and doesn't hurt. Is this normal? Just want to make sure. Might have to adjust something if not.

Still a little swollen from 5x5x3 earlier but this is my passive healing setup. The ring barely grips my dick but sort of adds an extra little stretch. Also you cant see it but half of a silisleev (ripped, had to cut) is under the bandage to prevent slippage. Most comfortable wrap.

Going to just put on Kigelia twice a day moving forward (after waking up, before bed).
