Do you see an increase in collagen? And do you notice any discoloration issues?

Overall skin has been extremely flaky, irritated, and just looks beat up lately. I make sure I'm always warming up/down properly and applying a good amount of hydrocortisone throughout the day. I'm wondering if it's because I'm wrapped up too much and my skin hasn't had enough time to breathe. Discoloration has been minimal.

Flaky dry skin should easily be dealt with using Hydrocortisone but perhaps if it’s not working the skin may be in need of bacitracin. I would give that a try for the next week or two. You can buy it at our store or you could buy it at any drugstore.

I will grab some bacitracin and see if it helps. Also, does it matter that I'm applying hydrocortisone right before infrared treatment? Not sure if it should be used just on plain clean skin.

Do you have any recommendations for a routine for applying both hydrocortisone and bacitracin throughout the day? Like one at 9am, the other at noon, etc.? Just want to make sure I'm doing this correctly.

use the hydrocortisone after you have done all your work. You only need to use a small amount once a day to keep skin in tiptop shape. I am thinking that this dryness is going a bit deeper and that’s why I suggested bacitracin. Bacitracin should deal with this within 3 to 4 days. With bacitracin apply it to the affected area three times a day.

Got it. I may be overdoing it with the hydrocortisone, I've basically been applying it after every workout which is usually 3-4 spread throughout the day. I will start to just apply it before wrapping up before bed and see how it goes. I will keep you updated.

Hydrocortisone once per day after your done training. Bacitracin 3 times a day at the point of injury, Bacitracin should clear this up within a week. After that just to maintain with the Hydro

Been monitoring a potential Thrombosed Vein over the last few days and there was clearly a "guitar string" near my base going halfway up the shaft when I woke up this morning. Cutting out all girth exercises and sticking with just light stretching for the time being. Going to take a baby asprin everyday and try Red's hot/cold treatment a couple times a day until it starts to show improvement.

Smart move you don’t want to exasperate thrombosis. Spend time on Length and deep tissue massage until this issue resolves itself. Maybe seven days.

Skin is improving a bunch, dick feels good, elasticity improving every day. I just want this damn vein to heal so I can get back to doing 5x5x3, most fun PE workout IMO.

@DLD - I ordered a LM, should I still stick with manual stretching until thombrosed vein goes away?
 
Yo @Bostonian know any good c rings i can get? and what’s a good size to keep the blood in your dick?

I'd just get the Duro Ring set from the MOS store. Stick with a silicone ring. The point of it is to just wear for ~30 minutes after a girth session to retain gains for a bit. You don't want to have them on longer than that. Afterwards, you can wrap up your dick in an extended state to eliminate any remaining fluid retention if you used a pump.

Thombrosed vein hasn't been appearing today, still going to hold off on girth until it's been gone for at least a couple days.

I sent a pic of myself to this new chick I'm talking with from bumble, wearing boxer briefs with my wrap on underneath going down my leg (saying that was my work attire today) and she was shocked and immediately asked if I would go see her this weekend haha. Hopefully I can consider my thombrosed vein healthy by Saturday so I can use the Bathmate before and give her that post pumped ?

I’m praying right now for you brother God this is not thrombosis! If it’s soft today and wirey yesterday I would think it is not thrombosis.

I also wanted to compliment you on your consistency in training and keeping track of things in a progress log. This is going to help you so much in the future and it will help other men when they start out.

Stretching does not cause thrombosis girth work does. Keep on stretching and take some time off of your girth work to heal.

Hi, you can request a blind shipment in the notes on future orders. Most of our packages come from PPC fulfillment but some may come from MOS. Either way, you can request a blind shipment.
 
Great job cranking out workouts.

When I've had thrombosed veins I would also get extreme edema up around the glans and veins all over the near the glans would be bulged out as well as the guitar string veins going toward base. It looked pretty deformed really. I would advise you to use caution and patience as you return to girth work. I came back too intensely too soon 2 or 3 times and each time it flared right back up. Good job man. Impressive thread you have going here.

Edit: I also think cockrings and constriction should be avoided until it's completely healed.

Skin is basically back to normal, no signs of thombrosed vein, dick has been extremely stretchable when wrapping up, I know it's getting longer because I'm noticing that I'm requiring more wrap than what I was using before. Everything seems to be going well right now. I had a bunch of shit to do today so I wasn't able to fit in a mid day workout but I had a wrap on since the AM workout (11 hours). If I do end up doing a girth workout tomorrow it will just be some light wet jelqs to see how my dick reacts and if vein reappears.

I've been using the long sleeve and adjusting it before each set to try things out, first set was around half way down shaft, second set was all the way down to the base, third set was about 3/4 of the way down.

First time using the LM. Definitely needs some getting used to, I felt like the wrap was slipping at first and I was going to hurt myself. Once I got a little more used to it I was able to get some really deep stretching in. Basically just did the normal newbie routine stretches and threw in some A stretches and just sort of messed around with it.

Wet Jelqs 15 min - last 5-7 min I was doing Jelqs into a 5 sec Erect Stretch, was able to maintain a solid grip even while using cocoa butter

So yesterday after my Jelqs I threw on a c-ring and noticed that the guitar string vein reappeared. I immediately took it off when I saw it and it faded away. Tonight I did Wet Jelqs again but didn't throw on a c-ring and there were no signs of a thombrosed vein. Maybe I've been wearing a c-ring that's too tight? Going to hold off on using one for further notice.

Probably my best PE session yet, on the night before my first measurement check in. Each session with the LM keeps getting better and better as I get more used to it. My 5x5x3 session was so intense and I was so into the adult entertainment I was watching that I literally almost came like 4 times on my last set of jelq/ssj - I even went an extra 5 min on my last set. I still haven't masturbated since week 1 or 2, just banged a few girls so my EQ is through the roof and I'm literally dying to have an orgasm all day every day. I also have been taking Semenax since I started this journey so whenever I have sex I can give them a Peter North facial.

I think I'm going to keep this current routine going: LM + Hanging in the AM, LM + 5x5x3 in the PM, and stay extended/wrapped in between (and while I sleep). My dick can handle it at this point, time to kick it up a notch now that 1 month is in the books.

Excited to see if I grew tomorrow. Wish me luck ?

So far everything seems to be working. Half an inch in length in just one month, I think I only took one full day off. No gains with girth, I'm not really surprised with that because I had to basically cut girth out of my routine and lower the intensity because of that thombrosed vein. Will be kicking up the intensity moving forward.
