Weird last few weeks, irregular daily routines and work. Haven’t been consistent, until now. My backstory is under: beginning with mos - during that initial 7 weeks, I started a consistent stretching routine using basic stretches, hanging and wearing of an PF ADS. I gained a decent amount of length. I will go back and add another entry of start and finish of those seven weeks and a majority of the routine I used to get there. I’m starting a new progress, because I’m more dialed into what I am doing, and want to be more concise with my progress and measurements from now on. My last thread was a little all over the place with ideas and routines.
