The main difference between the HydroMax & HydroExtreme is the Ball pump right?

I own a Bathmate Goliath that I only use sporadically any more.
Gator bite and detaching pad and all that...
Looking to replace it with a HydroMax7 WideBoy but I'm wondering is the really substantial premium for the increased suction or are there other design improvements other than the handpump?
Another issue I always had with the Goliath is that the valve on top clogged up with lime scale.

Bingo! Go for the Wide Boy but just modify it yourself using the wine vac, this will save you quite a bit of money. But if you can’t afford it go with the handball. But the Wide Boy is one heck of a good pump!

The HydroMax is genuine btw, just registered the PID and it works.

Just had the first session with the HydroMax. Pretty stoked that I found out about the WideBoy because it fits me perfectly.
I got to 7.5" the mark on the first try which is pretty much the max I ever got on the Goliath.

Now I'll gonna think about coming with a regime so I can max it out during the factory warranty period. So an inch gain in 2 years essentially.

I’m so glad that you registered it, everybody should do that that way they know they’re getting the real deal. That’s OK if you didn’t buy it from us as long as you bought the right thing. I would love to hear the routine you’re going to do and help out where I can.

I think an inch gain in girth in 2 years is small. 1.5 inches in 2 years is possible or even more.

The difference is a waste of money. The handball cost is excessive in my opinion especially when you can take your Hydro max and making it a extreme by using the wind vacuum modification.
