What's penile health for you and how do the intense exercises improve it? I'm thankful if you'd do explain :)

In my opinion the more intense the exercises, the more we're using our body to enlarge it in an unnatural way (not like working out like with our muscles), so we're stretching the ligaments, arteries, skin (stretching) and we're trying to expand it way above the natural way (pumping, clamping, ulis, squeezing).
This definitely has its effect on the penis.
We may see it as benefits - looser hanging flaccid penis, a little less feeling on the skin/glans (great for having more stamina), discoloration, stretch marks and so on.
As said, exercises like kegels, pelvic floor muscle training and light pumping is even recommend by doctors to improve EQ and to maybe cure ED.

Nobody needs to hide, I just also don't like to be bashed in every single thread which I'm mostly creating to help others, threads which could give people a self-confidence boost and be helpful for them when they're not feeling well in life LOL
Just think about somebody who's depressed about penis size, finds out about PE, finds this bulge thread, tries it, notices views of girls and then his inner fires enlightens and he starts doing PE + gains great self-confidence.

All have other motivational reasons, some do PE for penile health, others for improving themselves because it won't be a disadvantage and others just to gain self-confidence as they're not happy with their current size. We should accept all point of views here :)


As said, we're a brotherhood here, and in my opinion it's the best one out of all pe-forums + the members here are freaking awesome! We all have different personalities but that's life and it's good like that. As said I don't wanted to hurt anybody or make them feel bad, I just wanted to understand as I couldn't before, but now I did :)

I can only speak from personal experience, (and what the steps were subconscious that led me to find MOS), and can attest that my gains, (from my humble beginnings) have contributed to a multitude of positive outcomes (some big, some small, some on-going). I can't attribute any of this to coincidence since the only appreciable change in my life/lifestyle, is an increase in size.
Just a few things I've noticed:
My GF (who has no idea of my PE endeavors) continuously pursues me for sex...and her attraction seems in direct proportion to my gains
Female co-workers started to openly flirt/tease/play
Women in public, (grocery stores, dog walks, peripheral work affiliates) engage in conversation
...and oddly, I'm actually making more money (go figure, lol)

However, do keep in mind this is people we're talking to/about. We all have lots of areas where we "change sides" often without even noticing it.
One of the hardest things in our journey through life is to be coherent with what we think, say and do. Society, family, beliefs, life, schedules, ego, they all get in the way of our thoughts, decisions and actions/words. It is by no means an easy task to keep it all cohesive, logical, sensible, etc.

I personally believe one of the main flaws of our (western) society is that we tend to separate things in order to understand them better, but keep forgetting that everything is related.
We lift weights but we overlook reading, we got to the gym but forget about our eating habits, we check out the latest in fashion and grooming but forget about basic social skills, we work our asses off for money but forget about common money management skills... the list could go on and on.

For me, PE is part of my personal growth as a whole. My aim is to be "perfect" (according to my personal and social environment standards). Having a large dick is part of MY concept of being a "perfect" male, but MY concept isn't complete if I am a lousy spouse, a terrible parent, a bad son, a poor friend, an ass-hole driver, a misogynist bastard, a motherfucking racist, and so on. If I want to be a good father, I need to set good examples, therefore I have to eat properly and exercise regularly, for instance, which also improves my performance as a lover (better spouse), improves my overall mood (less stress on the road, for example) and helps me have more clarity of thought to make better decisions.

This is a topic that we could discuss for ages, as the road never ends here.

My point is, PE is great and we have to realize exactly why it is we're doing it, BUT it must be accompanied by growth in all the other areas of our life.
PE is just a piece of the puzzle, guys. Look at the whole picture and everything will make much more sense (including walking around unapologetically your motherfucking bulge).

That's what I'm trying to tell always. PE is just one from lots of things in our life. I see it like sports or another habit, except that my goal is to only doing PE for 2-3 years until reaching my goal and then cementing it and done LOL For sports and living healthy, it's an ongoing habit until we die...
So that's why I'm maybe letting PE affect my lifestyle a little bit more than other habits, it's an end in sight and instead of doing it for 5-10 years I want to get it done as fast as I can and then for me that chapter mostly will be closed, except some maintenance training maybe or pumping before sex as gf/wife would love it/beg for it.
Kegels and pelvic floor training I'll definitely keep as I can do it a few times a week without any problems or even everyday in car/bus/train, during work or whenever I want.

And as we're talking about that, a great dick is just an advantage, it's nothing we actually need in life. It's the same like doing sports and working on our dream bodies. You can also have a cool life while just living healthy and not hitting the gym, just sometimes going for a walk and doing some stretching and sometimes jogging.
We also wouldn't need to inform about many things, but we're doing it to improve ourselves. Hey look, if I can give my gf/wife later more pleasure while having sex - what should be the freaking problem here? Also it maybe boost up my self-confidence, but there isn't any disadvantage.

Lots of people here are doing that with multiple things:
  • sports
  • healthy lifestyle
  • PE
  • learning to understand girls/women better (gives a big benefit as we have situations in control then)
  • getting more knowledge in different areas
  • meditation
  • improving communication skills
  • improving time management/being more productive
  • money management - more money or less spending or both at the same time
and lots of more skills/habits.

And I 100% agree with you, PE is just a puzzle piece of many things in our lifes. Some maybe are focusing too much on it because of self-confidence problems or whatever, but the other things also play a very big role.
In my opinion self-confidence is reached when you are happy while either being still in the process of improving yourself or when you already achieved some of the things from your personal list.

I also know some fat people who are freaking self-confidenct, they don't give a damn about their body and it's okay.
I even was fat myself and I can tell you that if you are not dumb like a rock, you will still be able to get in contact with hot girls who are smart.
Being self-confident is a mindset thing, even when your physical appearance is top notch and you're the most sick alpha-male (from looks), it doesn't help you when you're shy, introverted and are not open to talk with other people.
I know this is driving into the self-love direction, but I can 100% tell you that this shit works, for sure you won't be the men most women are after when you're fat and scruffy, but if you're kempt, this really shouldn't be the excuse of not having fun in life and directly starting to get in contact with girls/women.
As I can also say and I've the opinion: Most/all fat people still feel bad about their looks and let it affect their lifestyle (going swimming, at the beach and so on), even if they say they feel great and all. If they could choose between a normal or athletic body and their body, changing with snapping their fingers, they definitely would do it. In addition to that it's also healthier to get into the normal range, I'm really not telling everybody should get shredded and atlethic, but as we're talking about it, at least people should take care of their body as it's their only 'house'(body) their soul/spirit or whatever is living in here on planet earth from what we know.

So to sum up all shit we're talking here about:
PE is just one of a lot habits which could improve your life. Having a bigger dick can be a advantage and a boost.
I even would say having a healthier body is more important than dick size.
Being self-confident and happy with yourself is the most important :)
Have a balance life and have some fun in life, even while most of use here are still in the process of improving ourselves.

Try to not to worry too much about what other people/women will think about your bulge. Embrace it, be proud of it.
