My starting stats are approximately:
4.9" BPEL (sometimes I hit 5" on the ruler on a good day)
6.5 - 7" EG (I know, it's weird proportions!)
I'm looking to gain length only; ideally 3".
I'm using every spare minute of the day to do PE. I'd say I spend about 30 - 60 min in a concentrated session and stretch throughout the day when I go to the toilet or just sit around doing other things. I'm almost exclusively doing:
Bundled stretches (recent addition in the past week)
Normal manual stretches
Expressive stretches
Fulcrum stretches
I've been PEing off and on for a bit over a year, but I've only started to consistently apply myself for the past 2 months everyday. I'm struggling to make major gains. I think I might have gained about 0.5 cm erect length in about a month, but it's kinda hard to tell. I feel like I might just be still at the starting line.
I'm beginning to wonder whether my girth is the limiting factor.

I would have to look back and see but I remember her taking two capsules in the morning and two capsules at night. I’ll have to check how strong the Fenugreek was, I got it from Whole Foods so I figure it was good quality. And like I said within a month she jumped up two sizes.
Interested in the dosages for breast enlargement as well once you find out.
