Am I wearing the Phallosan correctly?

Hi All- when I wear the phallosan at night, after several hours it seems that my gland slips down to the lower part of the bulb. I can barely fit into the medium bulb...but I’ve been using this one because the large is too big I think. Is the phallosan still effective if the head isn’t in the bulb? The suction doesn’t really seem to do much. Also- I’m still wearing that silicone cap over my glans. Not sure how long I need to continue doing this.

Thanks for any info.

Wearing it through the night only needs to be at a moderate tension so whatever is most comfortable that keeps you elongated. Have you checked out our new sleeves? They may be very helpful. The quality is mind blowing! Great product, very inexpensive.

I dont think it is ideal. If the head slips then the vacuum chamber will be pulling on foreskin, isnt that right? Having the sleeve pulling on the shaft skin is still distributing shear forces and stresses, however I do think that most force should be concentrated on the glans. My glans doesnt slip, even after 10 hours tonight. Still I remember times when I lost vacuum quickly, mostly within the first minutes after setting up the Phallosan. Personally I use larger vacuum chambers and suck it up until the glans has expanded - interestingly enough it wont shrink afterwards since the vacuum stays intact (this is a higher vacuum coming from the Mityvac pump).

Is the Phallo still effective when the glans slipped? Technically if you sense there is still tension on the shaft then it should be working. But the efficiency is definetly not at its maximum. For beginners however I think its good that these things happen because as I remember in the early days it happened quickly that the glans took on white surface color or the foreskin was bloated due to fluid gathering there.

But the reason why all of this is happening is most likely a suction issue. Either you have a tiny hole in the sleeve (always careful when rolling the thing) or the combination protection cap, chamber hasnt been worked out yet. I would continue experimenting a bit, usually it just needs some experience to find the error.

On another note how are you getting on Chaoskamph? You seem to have been really consistent with the phallosan! Many hours logged in now?
I myself have been doing bundled blasters (A stretch) 30 min's daily at least. Funny thing is I'm so busy yet this routine seems to be yielding gains visually so far compared to others when I had more time which is nice ha.

ok thanks. This is good info. Another question- is one always supposed to wear the silicone hat over the glans when using the phallosan, or is it just for the first few times you use it. I think I read somewhere that you can eventually wear the deice without the glans cap but I’m not sure. They only give you one or two with the kit. Seems really tight and not sure if that’s always supposed to be worn or not.

I would continue to use it as it does give protection that otherwise you would not have. I always stay on the safe side of these things especially when it’s such a simple thing to do to avoid injury.

Bought the Phallosan in April 2017 I believe. But as an overnight stretcher I used it the last 10 days. I remember using it at the gym and even at school. But nowadays I don't want to walk around with the device attached because you can't use an urinal (I prefer sitting anyway but people notice if you always go to the cabins and that is already a bit suspicious). Another thing is that while sitting in a meeting I am a bit limited in range of motion and I don't want to worry about the device. Can't say a lot about gains but in combination with LG Hanger and Pumping I gained about a cm = 0.4" since November 2018. From the Phallosan study it can be derived that the shorter and thinner you start, the more you will gain. Actually people above 18 cm length = 7" wouldn't gain anymore. There is an exponential decrease of gains with starting length.

Phallosan recommends to use the protection cap within the first weeks of being introduced to Phallosan. Afterwards you can try if it works without. My protection cap ripped after 1 week, therefore I tried without. However then there was more fluid buildup on the bottom, below of my foreskin. Nowadays I use waterproof sports tape. I pull the foreskin to the front and then keep it in position by applying two stripes of tape straight and across (a technique from LG Hanger). This works well.

Anyone that’s having issues with sleeves and caps from Phallosan should stop buying them and start buying them from us. Our sleeves in caps are 10 times better than anything anyone is selling.

Hey thanks for this suggestion. I got my SiliSleeves in the mail and the Phallosan works 10 times better with the MOS sleeves.

What an incredible news! I’m so proud of the brotherhood and all the good things happening lately. We are truly blessed. It took us a year and a half to create the sleeves but it was so worth it. When we finally had control of everything we were able to get the best possible product on the market. And who else more qualified to create equipment but the brotherhood? This is going to be a good year and if things go as I think it will we will have other awesome products on the horizon.

Are the MOS sleeves intended to be used as a replacement to the silicone protector caps?

How are you achieving a greater vacuum? Does the mytivac attach to the top of the phallosan bell like their pump suction does?

Yes we have replacements for all sleeves that were used with the Phallosan

with my custom build chamber that imitates the Phallosan chamber I was able to put a CPC valve on top. This can be used for attaching a regular penis pump.

I had similar issues with the PF. I found that one of the best ways to almost completely eliminate fluid build up was to take a Silicap, cut the end off it (so it effectively became a short sleeve) and put this on just under the glans. Then roll your PF sleeve down over this sleeve (or you could use a normal Silisleeve on place of the PF sleeve). It not only prevented fluid buildup, but also provided a much better seal and allows one to us the PF without having to shave (which I find to be a pain in the ass).

Sounds good for PF users.

Custom build? That sounds awesome? Did you use a 3D printer? I’d love to have something that can create and maintain better suction.

3D printer using a CAD model made by myself. I needed a larger size than the XL and it is too difficult to reverse engineer the Phallosan pump attachment. That being said I would have been happy to keep the Original minipump provided by Phallosan because it is better suited for out of the house stretching.

Yeh, but there's still some down sides to using the PF so I'm saving for a Silistretcher (and more sleeves). I'll update my thread on using the PF but have had a few more minor issues. Mainly skin peeling on the glans when only using low to moderate pressure (medium bell) and low to moderate belt tension. Not sure if this means the potential for another blister. Can't use the PF cap as it's too thick and I've cut the end out of the only Silicap I have (at the moment). The whole thing is driving me nuts.
