Hello brothers. Long time listener, 1st time caller. Gotta say, love the show.
Actually, I've been in and out of the PE game for 15years. Mostly out with the occasional stretch session or jelq sessions to improve penis health only. So I do know a decent amount of PE routines from way back.
I've taken the pills (forget name) that were really good for penile health(so it felt and appeared). The ones that ended up having micro doses of viagra ?. I've pumped before but never bought a stretcher. The pump I owned was a shit cheap one I bought at 21 that sucked half my sack in and was not proper. I've always been good in bed and with an average size unit, never had confidence issues. It doesn't mean that I don't want bigger and better of course. Recently went through a divorce, so I have a little extra time to focus on me and the one who has always been here for me. No matter how much I beat him, make him go places he really doesn't want to go, he's still here. So, now is as good of a time as ever to get him fit.

3. Girth

With an average size dick and a below average sized head, I want to focus on Gland size. I'm pretty sure both #2 and #3 will be a natural side effect of getting to #1, so that's a plus.
My thought on routines:
Since stretching is a good thing for health, I will perform the newbie routine for 4 weeks and measure each Sunday. I haven't read intensity of stretching, but I've always stretched 90% leaving the last 10% to avoid injury. In other words, I'm yanking pretty frickin hard.
I will jelq and hold below my Gland for 3 or more secs. Also, throughout the day, I plan on squeezing blood to my Gland and putting on a cock ring below my head. Also, the mechanism that I use for ADS requires my cock ring below my Gland to stay on. The ring is silicone and fits rather tight. I have standing desk that I use about 3 or 4hrs per day.
