Injury while hanging (WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGES)

Hi guys,

For the last 2 months, I did a daily hanging session (LG Hanger) of 1 hour at 10 lbs. Never had any issues at that weight until my last hanging session... I did the full hour as usual, but when I removed the hanger from my penis, I noticed a little lump on the top of my glans as seen on the pics. At first, it seemed just like an air bubble. I thought it would go away the next day but it did not. My last hanging session was 2 days ago (2019-08-11) and the little lump didn't really decrease in size yet. Anybody else had the same issue? Do you guys think the lump will go away by itself or a surgery will be required ?

For you information, the only thing I did different from my other hanging sessions was that I did not wait 24 hours before doing another hanging session. Usually, I would hang in the morning and wouldn't hang until next morning. This time, I did my hanging session before going to bed and I did the next one in the morning the next day. So I had roughly 10 hours between the 2 sessions. I guess my penis hadn't healed yet. My plan was to be able to do 2 hanging sessions of 1 hour at 10 lbs daily, 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening. I guess it won't happen!

Well I think that blister will last a few days more,but I wouldn't pop it I would wait n see don't think you'd need a surgery at all,it would go away by itself tough..just let it breath once the blisters is gone you can go back to normal,I'd let the penis"breath"while hanging every ten mins or something.

Great advice! You want to allow the blister to pop on its own because if you pop it yourself you will end up with scarring. This is going to set you back as far as girth work is concerned but you’ll have plenty of time to do length work as it heals. Buy a tube of bacitracin and keep it on your head every day until things are cleared up.

Thanks for the advice guys. Actually, in the evening I wrote my first message, I noticed the blister was already gone. There is still a little bruise on the area where the blister was, but it should go away in a few days. I guess I freaked out a little too fast. Lol.

Not going fun if the blister breaks and, you need to use the washroom.
Keep it clean and dry! if breaks add, polysprin and a clean dry wrap.

i have the same thing, the blister is now flat but theres a black scab there. Is this permanent

Praise the Lord! Give it a couple more days just to be sure but that was a very quick healing.

Yup, that's a blister on your glans. I've got the same problem, now it's healing. I was hanging with the SiliStretcher2 and normally I check my glans every hour and this time I ignored the countdown timer. My blister popped and everything in the chamber and SiliCap was wet lol. It won't go away on its own. Desinfect a needle and make a tiny hole in it. Let the fluid out of the blister and let it heal. You've got the skin still intact. On my glans the whole thing was already popped.

The glans is the limiting factor with vaccuum hanging, unfortunately.

With a blister the first thing that needs to be understood is that they cannot be popped it needs to pop on its own. You can use hot compresses but do not prod or poke it as you will end up with the scar that will not go away. The next thing is why and how you got the blister, this is very personal to yourself but you need to pay closer attention so this doesn’t happen again. So finding the main reason it’s happening will stop it from happening in the future.
