Welcome to the Brotherhood, @SteveVW, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

HI all. Sorry I took so long replying your nice welcome messages. I've been reading and reading and reading. lol There is sooo much in this site. I LOVE IT ALL.

I start preparing what you guys asked for, but I'll add to it later. I'm not new to PE. About 6 years ago I ran into the few PE websites that were here back then. One of them was the now famous PE Bible, which is very good but now it's a big limited. It seems to be limited to good teachings of jelquing and kegal exercises. I stayed loyal to it for about 5 years and gained almost 1/2 inch in length and and 1/2 inch in girth. I bought a BathMate from BathMate and then got VERY thick. I loved that. Length didn't grow at all. Plus, the base of my penis always looked embarrassedly skinny. It kept me from displaying it anywhere.

This last June I purchased the SizeGenetics system. I bought the conservative package, not the top package. All of sudden I started getting longer and a little more in girth. Their instructions weren't very complete, so I spent a lot of time experimenting on how I can do the stretching without all that discomfort right behind the head where I had it connected.

When I first read through this site, I was cautious about it and didn't get started. It seemed that all the exercises were way too rough. But after continual pain inside my shaft, I started digging into what you teach here. I saw quickly that all you teach makes sense and I'm not afraid of it being too rough any more. My cock has been around for a long time. It can take it. lol (I'm 79 and have no intention of ever getting old. My whole body works wonderfully, if you know what I mean.

Now I'm addicted to your teachings and trying my best to follow your routines. I going to start using Phase 2 starting tomorrow. I'm excited now to get going with it.

Since I started using the SG, I quickly gained 2 centimeters in length in just about 6 weeks. The skinniness in the base of my shaft has filled out and matches the rest of my 6 inches in circumference.

I'll be purchasing more of the equipment you offer here as I can afford it. Right now I'm just a tiny bit over 7 inches (that's an overall length from my beginning 6 years ago of a full inch. WOW. So I know all this works.

Oh yes, I'm very impressed that you discovered the idea that keeping the penis in the elongated state between workouts. I think you're correct. I DID turtle after each workout. So I'm using the silisleev all I can, but I have to agree with the posts that I'm reading that they stretch out and get a bit week. I've only been using it 1 week and already it's not holding me in an elongated position. I sink down in it. I'm going to have to start using the second one.

That's it for now. (wow, this is long). I'll post my goals and my routines soon. I'm in it for the long haul. (couldn't resist) lol

My goodness you’re older than I am LOL. I think it’s completely admirable that you were getting involved at this point. Someone was asking yesterday about if there’s any older people here doing PE and here you are LOL what do you plan on using for a routine? Have you had a chance to read through SRT?

Tomorrow morning at 6:30am I'm going to start through the phases. As you suggested since I've done a lot of PE before, I'm starting at Phase 2. I'm trying to learn from all the videos, which are very good, by the way. Are there other routines I should look into on this site?

That sounds good for now. When you find yourself at a plateau I suggest moving into SRT.
 
Greetings again all coaches and like-minded men who all have the same goal as I do.

Ever since my last post here, I've taken DLD's advice and switched to the STR philosophy and beginning routines. My next move is to open up a progress thread. Part of what I was learning and testing was understanding all the "new" things to me which, as I posted before, seemed a bit rough. So I wanted to test it all out for a length of time with my "best friend." (You know, that "guy" down there. Guess what!... HE LOVES IT. BEGS FOR MORE EVERY DAY.

So I'm going to open my progress threat over the weekend. I have to get all my measurements charted, etc. Well, now I have a question for the coaches or anyone reading this:

First, here is my equipment list; siliSleeves, (the 2 sizes that come in the package, siliCap, siliRings, MOSgrip, Cortizone, Ace bandages, SizeGenetics, Bathmate hydromax9, just today I ordered the SilliStretcher-2.

While I'm waiting for my silistretcher and because I'm using a SizeGenetics, and BathMate, How best should I substitute with what I have, in the workouts explained in the SRT article? I've been using the siliSleeve and my SizeGenetics to maintain the extended state right after the different workouts. I get a bit confused on which one to use on which workout. (girth and length). And I don't have anything appropriate to sleep with. (Now now, don't misinterpret that. I'm just fine in that area. lol)

I hope I have confused everybody like I've been for the last 2 weeks. Just to brag a bit, EVERY single day, I'm doing warmups, workouts and warmdowns, at least twice a day. Lots of girth gains but very little length. Girth is exactly 6 inches and length is a "smijjin" over 7 inches. My goal is 9" length and anything over 6, proportionally, in girth.

I'm anxious to hear from Y'all. Have a WONDERFUL weekend and keep workin' out. I've been doing it, off and on, for about 6 years.

Well this is a very exciting thread indeed! Do you have everything you possibly could ever want to make SRT work for you. Once you get your equipment and learn to master it and I will work with you on putting a routine together that will utilize your equipment and your time in the best way. As I shared before, I've been waiting for my delivery of a silistretcher. It seems to be taking a long time, so I looked in my bank account and see no withdrawal for MOS. And I also looked for a receipt of the order, and found none. I emailed orders@mattersofsize.com, and so far no response. I'm really anxious to get the silistretcher so I can start a progress thread and maybe get a routine from DLD. If my order never went through, I don't mind entering it again. But before I do, I want to make sure it isn't already on my way to me. Who do I contact? Thanks much.
 
Thanks DLD and all. I got a note last night from the sales department, that apparently my order didn't go through. That's what I wanted to hear. Now I'll know that I won't end up with 2 silistretchers. Wow. Can't get over how excited I am to get going on a powerfully designed workout routine to reach my goal. Thanks guys for all the help and support. As soon as my silistretcher shows up, I'll open up a progress threat with measurements, etc. I hope ALL of you are as excited to find MOS as I am. Question: in ordering the SiliStretcher2. I see there are choices of size. 1,25" and 1.5". The other choice is 1.50" and 2". What is the criteria to make that choice? The diameter of my penis?
 
"The starting size SiliStretcher2 internal diameter is 1.25" (3.2cm) and will work for most mens flaccid girth up to 4" (10cm) circumference. Our 1.5" (3.8cm) diameter SiliStretcher2 will accommodate flaccid girths larger than a 4" (10cm) circumference. For extremely large flaccid girths, we offer a 2" (5cm) diameter version.

To get the proper circumference measurement for sizing your SiliStretcher, use a measuring tape and wrap it around the thickest part of your glans in flaccid state."

As stated on the shop page. The shop really does have all the necessary information to make the choice.
As time and patience is needed with enhancing yourself, it is a big thing to read through the information and instructions. ;)

BRIEF HISTORY OF MY PE EXPERIENCE:
I started PE around 6 years ago by trying things I’d run into on the internet. When I found the PE Bible, I settled in and was consistent with it for a few years, mainly doing jelqing and air pumping. All that work yielded about ½ inch, from 5.5” to 6”. I grew disinterested until I purchased a SizeGenetics and worked with it for less than a year and gained about another ½ inch. THEN in January of this year I was fortunate to find MattersOfSize.com.

I was sold on the idea of healing in an elongated state. I’ve read and followed SRT, the brief version and the long one that I guess was designed as a trial, etc. Now I’m ready to get busy and do all I can to reach the following goal: NINE INCHES LONG BY SIX INCHES IN GIRTH. You can see from the numbers below that I’m getting good results and I’m on my way. I’m going to consider this my DAY ONE.

Since I’ve already arrived at 5.75 in EG, I’m wanting to concentrate more on EL and FL and FG. I want to convert myself from a grower to a shower so I can get back to frequenting our legit clothing optional beach with more confidence. I’ve been on a meal plan for better nutrition and weight loss, and have lost 20 pounds since January, but this stubborn fat pad isn’t shrinking yet. I’ll keep trying.

Wow. I got so carried away with the above "epistle", that I forgot to include the routines I've been using up to this point. Here they are:
EARLY MORNINGS:
5 minute warm up in the shower with the water as hot as my penis can bear without burning. massaging for blood flow.
5 minute bundled stretching before the length routine.
Basic Stretching: 3 sets of each stretch below:
Behind the cheeks to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each
Straight down to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks
Straight out to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks
Straight up to the left, center and right for 30 seconds each, followed by 25 stretched rotary cranks

300 2 second jelqs with lots of lube

warm down in the shower Immediately after the jelqs, and sometimes doing the last 100 jelqs under the hot water.
Wear a durasleev, if possible, till girth workout starts. Sometimes I have to take it off for a while, then back on.

1 or 2 HOURS BEFORE BEDTIME:
5 minutes under the hot shower while massaging for blood flow
5 minutes bundled stretches
100 Strong, upward, erect jelqs
sixty second Slow Squash jelqs
100 Strong, downward, erect jelqs
sixty second Slow Squash jelqs
do the above 4 routines again
Wear a rather tight siliring till bedtime
Sleep in a durasleev

What shall I add or subtract with a little more concentration on length? I'm ready for more.

I LOVE the new growth. I look down and it looks like I'm looking at some else's.
I'm so happy that the progress is showing and at a quicker rate that I was used to in other systems.

Excellent to see that you’re using your progress thread now and you’ll get a whole lot more feedback because of this. As I told you be as thorough and specific as possible so in the future these things will be understood and brothers can benefit from it.
