How Much Tension Do You Use For ADS?

Hello all,

MoS is offering a pretty cool little scale that attaches to the SiliStretcher so that we can all tell precisely how much tension we're applying while we're using it. This is excellent, because -- while listening to your body is important -- we're all going to get faster and more consistent results if we have tested, proven, objective standards and measures to look to!

For those of you who have measured, a few questions:

1) How much tension do you use for an ADS?
2) Do you increase tension applied in addition to the time spent with that tension applied?
3) If you answered 'yes' to question 2, how do you determine whether to increase tension or time? Do you work up to a 'maximum' time (eg 10 hours/day) and then start to increase tension?

Apologies if these Q's are already answered in the forum, I didn't find this info but I didn't spend much time looking. :)
 
When I’m using any ADS my goal is to go slightly beyond my flaccid stretch or at least to the maximum of my flaccid stretch. And when I increase weight is when I am no longer feeling fatigue at the end of my workout. With links work we should always seek fatigue as a marker. And when you do reach that point of fatigue be sure to ride that fatigue for as long as possible using your silly stretcher at a moderate to low intensity, or passive healing.
