What little there is of it, compared to you champs. Haha.
About 8 or 9 years ago, I discovered jelqing on internet search... and only briefly tried it. If only I had stuck and grew a passion with it at that point Haha. How far could I be by now... I had a big fear of hurting it by doing any actual work, so there was no intensity whatsoever
A couple years later, I tried out the Hercules bathmate, and loved the instant gratification of the pump afterwards. I had read that water pumps were safer than air, and bou does hot water feel good in it. Cons were the suction pulling up on the ballsack till my balls were just outside the gator and my tendency to pump to the point of fluid retention trying to go further and further up the measurement on the thing.
The results I have had,, have come from that. I believe the ligaments were being pulled on with it. I had up to 5cm increased at one point... 3cm higher than what cemented and where I currently measure with it.
Within the past two years, I looked into the most media friendly of PE tools, traction devices. After reading of the medical use of traction for cytokinesis, but went cheap. Some Ebay purchased noose system and a Maleedge that I got what I thought was a good deal on... but the ramp broke shortly after!
So I used the noose system, as uncomfortable as it was for around a month. I'd wear it under loose pants to work and found myself having to run to the restroom a lot.
Then I tried using the bathmate before wearing it.. a mistake. I ended up staying in it too long, with fluid build up, then put the noose on. This resulted with a hardened lymph fluid vein that I had for weeks at the time.
With the noose system, I also didn't care for checking up on the cold glans so often. So cold and the size reduced. Was not impressed.
The hydropumping is what gave me the results these years back, not only in a modest increase in size (besides the temp), but also in having solid morning erections!
Meanwhile, I am sold on traction devices for long term gaining and straightening and up to recently, I only had used something clamping down on my glans. I just don't know what the better options are for it yet.
My penis curves to the left.. I may need to open a thread about that. I think my circumcision caused it. I have a strap of skin on the left that attaches from the edge of my glans to a ways down the shaft that may have exacerbated the curve over the years. I'm not sure if the ADS systems could help, but my hope is wearing the silistretcher over my right shoulder could do something about it.
I've not known of anyone else with that condition, and I've not asked any medical professional about it nor what my options would be for it.
So I tried looking into traction devices again last month. And discovered the phallosan forte being apparently approved by the FDA? As well as the Mayo Clinic having their own approved for treating peyronie's.
I stumbled across this forum and saw the silistretcher, but bit the bullet for the PF instead. I wish I would have just gotten it, because the PF is so expensive, that I could have gotten the mityvac and the silistretcher for the same price.
That said. I've had the PF for 12 days now and I've logged in over 130 hours, wearing as I write this. They have an app for writing your measurements and logging your hours... it prompted me to measure after a week and my flacid already grew 0.3 inches both length and girth from initial measurement. (Surely variables factor more than actual growth, but encouraging regardless)
Anyways, I'm not convinced that the phallosan will even last 6 months. So I waffled back and forth and made the impulse buy ofthe silistretcher. It looks super solid, and the twist vacuum design is brilliant. I have a feeling already that It's going to be my best buy for quite a long time.
So searching around these forums for reviews and videos of it peaked my interest in the SRT method. And I plan to try it.
With the equipment I have (and soon to arrive) I can do the pyramid hanging, then ADS all work long (10+ hours) then pump before bed and lotion and cockring it before retiring.
With what I have. I may use the PF for night ads and the silistretcher for day ads?
Also, I don't know how I'll feel about the hanging once I try it... I may look to upgrade to a decent traction device that I can use for a more intense morning stretch where I can still get housekeeping done while doing? I'm learning as I do this.
