Yes they are similar alternatives to a clamp, but not quite the same in the way they compress more softly.
Still works like clamping though, however just more within a zone, that zone is more safe!

That’s what I’m hoping for a foam or a silicone-based cable clamp specially made for us and what we’re doing. This should be being worked on right now with lightning but I’m sure you’re already doing that.
