Been using a hydro pump a couple days a week and doing the 5x5x3. My base started out at 5.5 and post workout I am getting 6-6.25 which is fine. The top section below the head is hitting about 5.5 where I am usually about 5. the middle section where there is tougher skin (and hair) is staying about .25" less than the top section. So the question is, how can uniform girth be achieved?
