Trying to get more uniform pumping results.

Been using a hydro pump a couple days a week and doing the 5x5x3. My base started out at 5.5 and post workout I am getting 6-6.25 which is fine. The top section below the head is hitting about 5.5 where I am usually about 5. the middle section where there is tougher skin (and hair) is staying about .25" less than the top section. So the question is, how can uniform girth be achieved?
 
You could try using a condom while in the pump. Or a sleeve. Cockring at the base and behind your glans?
Just few ideas. I've used a torn "love sleeve" to help with "gaitor bite", it also does help with more uniform gain.

Glad to hear of good post workout measurements! And as you mentioned, you do the 5x5x3, so Slow Squash Jelqs or somesort of jelqs shouls aid in getting more uniform gains.
 
are you doing your routine erect of flaccid? I've found going-in with the highest possible EQ and maintaining it and intense pressure works best

In my experience the best method to balance the girth out is using an old exercise called horse squeezes which are done manuelly, or the clamped horses.

The SlowSquashJelg his custom made just for this issue. Using the SSJ U can isolate any area of the shaft to increase size exclusively there. It’s unique like this and it builds equal in uniform girth very quickly. And nothing goes better with the SSJ than the Bathmate.

Well just remember that you can spot train anywhere along the shaft using the SlowSuashJelq. It’s the only exercise in girth work that allows you to spot train anywhere along the shaft.
 
So I shouldn't be concerned with the different type of skin hindering gains in that area?

What skin issues are you referring to because I have a couple ideas depending on what’s going on.
 
The skin closer to the base is tougher where hair grows as opposed to the skin that does not grow hair and is closer to the head. No foreskin here.

Thicker skin at the base where there is hair is completely normal. The best way to deal with this area is through expressive stretching where are you are stretching from a very low point on the shaft. This is best done with the Lengthmaster if you have one, if not look to grip as close to the base as possible and stretch from there. Eventually this area will not be so course as it will become part of your new penis as internal penis appears at the base.
 
DLD, you mentioned you had a long scar on your unit from stretching the skin. I think if I could stretch my skin at least 1 inch I would be better off. What is the technique for this? My length is close to 8" so I am not really looking for more length at the moment. Mainly girth until that goal is reached.

The scar I have was created over 10 years coincides with the 4 inch gain I have made. So I think it was just general stretching that cause the scar but it’s pretty cool to have us proof
