Need help with MityVac.

After patiently waiting 2 weeks for my MityVac HydroVac Penis Pump Systems arrival, it finally came only to find out that the water trap container wasn't included in the shipment and won't be ship until another week!!! I was really disappointed as I wasn't told about it so I'm expecting everything in whole package. The only reason I ordered this is because it has the hydro vac option since I'm currently using Bathmate and want to test it out if it's any better than BM. Also, I must have missed the part for expedited shipping option but I swear didn't see it through the check out process. Granted it's free shipping but I would have opt for faster shipping if that option was available, I could be wrong, let me know. Meanwhile, I have to continue using my BM until I get the water trap since I really like the effect of hydro pumping. Really not cool MOS!

PM me your order number and we will get one out for you Monday and some free goodies for the mis-sight. Water traps were on back-order and we wanted to get out shipments first and ship the hydro-traps asap. There should of been an email sent along with a note in your package.

In our description we inform people to allow 2-3 days for producing your pump, as we handcraft everything to order so this will add some time to the total shipping process.

No worries. I was excited to try it out and I did a 10mins BM session before I use the MityVac. I did 3- 5mins session at 5inch of vac without a problem. Right off the bat I noticed that the gauge was facing away from you when pumping so you have to turn it towards you to see where the pressure is and it's kind of inconvenience. I may have to modify this and need tips on how to go about doing it. I can figure out myself but don't want to break anything in the process. Also the MitySleevs had shown some kind of defects after my first use. Other than that I really like it, seems to work better than the BM in terms of comfort and suction performance and the option to know exactly what you're doing in regards to vac pressure. Quality seems all top except for the MitySleevs and hopefully it's just an isolated case. But I still prefer the hydro pumping so can't wait to get my water trap.

the gauge was facing away from you when pumping so you have to turn it towards you to see where the pressure is and it's kind of inconvenience

You just turn the gauge to face you, simple as that. No tweak needed, it works perfect. Some like the gauge facing a different way, hence the need for it to move.

The ProVac Guages swivel but you can adjust the MityVac Guage by turning it. PM me a picture and we can get you a ProVac pump handle and the new MitySleev with your water trap

This is the pump I got. Yup the gauge swivels! Duh! I guess I was too careful using it and too excited I didn't even try to turn the gauge ;-).

These types of issues should really be a private message to lightning. Coming out with a thread that says “this is not cool” directly implicates us is being ear responsible in someway. This is rarely if ever the case and these types of issues Or dealt with immediately. So when something comes to you when you feel it’s not right please come to lightning or me and let us know and we will help you through this. I’m going to take the liberty to change the name of this thread and I hope that’s OK with you.

Never a problem my brother, I just want to let you know and everybody else know that our customer service is bulletproof so if there is ever an issue send a PM to myself or lightning and it will be dealt with immediately.
