So it has been almost a month since I did any type of PE, with the last 10 days being a family vacation at Disney World. I thought I would capture my observations of time away with the hope that it may be of some use to the members here.
Here's what I learned:
1. I don't need adult entertainment to get hard. For me mental stimulation works. I did break down and watch some lesbian adult entertainment(Dillan Harper girl-on-girl) once on vacation because I wanted to see some close up pussies. But the other 5 times I jerked off it was pure mental imagination of sessions I had with my wife. This was purposeful to re-train my brain.
2. My girth work stuck a bit more than my length work. I was pleased at how my dick was hanging most of the week. My girth gains(although sporadic over the past 1.5 years) seem to have stuck, even without training. Length, not so much. But in retrospect that makes sense since most of my training was with the Bathmate. I continue to keep logs and measure every three months - but this was an interesting observation, so I figured I would mention it. Clearly, I need a more structured length regimen
3. I can get to 7.5 x 5.5 (current 6.2 x 4.875) fairly quickly if I put in a MEDIUM work load. Why do I say Medium? Because I have recognized that mentally and physically my body does better with consistent medium force applied over time. This was huge for me because I was getting discouraged by posts of guys spending 6-10 hours on PE a day going full throttle. I commend and respect that, but that is not sustainable for me. And that is OK.
4. I will use the next two months leading up to my major career change(ie more flexible time) getting back on the Newbie/BM/SSJ regimen to prepare me for a more fluid schedule come March.
5. This community is unparalleled in its knowledge a generosity
6. I am ready to complete my initial gains and reach 7.5 x 5.5 in 16 months.
