Testicle Health Massage questions

So a little background... I have small balls, there I said it! And my testies have been super sensitive my whole life, like “don’t touch em” sensitive. Recently I had a slight scare and went to a urologist, I got a ultrasound and everything was good. However it did shed some light on my sensitivity. She said that at some point in early childhood both of my testies were “torsed”. Basically when they were developing the veins got twisted and rerouted but that’s what caused the sensitivity.

I was wondering, if anyone has had the same codition and any luck fixing it? Should I try the massage or just leave well enough alone? Even slight pressure on the backside of my balls is gut-wrenching. Thanks in advance for any insight.

There is really nothing dangerous if done with less intensity. Much of the Massage is simply that, Massage and that will only benefit you. The actual stretches I would approach with caution and practiced very gentle to see how you react. You will feel You limits when being progressive.find this area and Stretch in this safety zone. This is my advice with any exercise, start out baby gentle and work up from there, it is the only surefire safe way to find our limits without injury.

remember start out very gentle and be very patient with yourself, do not go beyond your limits. What you’re searching for right now is a safe place that you can stretch without causing injury. If you get through this stage without anything going wrong you can add more intensity to the stretching portion which is the part that will enlarge the scrotum .
 
I’m not too worried about making them bigger... I’m used to it. And besides, makes my dick look bigger!? (xd)

It truly makes your penis looks so much longer and heavier. So as you can stretch further and further your penis will hang lower and lower along with your scrotum.
 
So nut sack massage update;
It’s been 2 weeks of daily massage and the sensitivity had seem to get much better... until day 10. The pain (especially in my left) was off the charts easily worse than the very first day. I quickly abandoned the exercise for the day. I did notice that the actual ball was more spread out and almost felt broken apart. The next day it was back to normal, sensitivity and feel.
I plan to continue as I am getting good results thus far, with the exception of the one day. For all I know I could have always had more sensitive days and not known it because I was never touching them.
Thoughts?

Isn't the word supposed to be "Testicle" instead of "Testical"? Every time I see the thread it cracks me up because it makes me think about "Tactical health massage" and Im like holy shit we've come a long way with this science

I have never heard of anyone having this type of a problem doing this exercise. I would take it as an anomaly as something that was an exception. If you got five days out of it with no problem I will say that something happened the day that you did have a problem, something different. So many start over again I advise that you watch every single bit of the exercise as you do it to find how it happened and so to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

Well... you’re welcome for the laughs! I have no idea why but my iPhone autocorrects to “testical” but after a quick google search it’s obviously testicle...
Thinking about it, I honestly don’t think I have ever written the word. But I got it now ??

I don’t feel that it was even caused by the exercise. More of just an anomaly in me! I plan to keep moving forward with the exercise. The wife seems to be intrigued with the thought of getting to fondle my balls so I have to try.

The first thing I thought was it was an anomaly because I’ve never heard of this happening. So I’m so glad it was not the routine that caused it because that routine is so valuable. So many people forgo the Testical Health Massage and Stretch and they miss out on so much growth that happens because of this exercise!
