I want to start by saying that this place is awesome, the warm welcomes I've received so far are much appreciated. So my goal is to be 9 inches bpel and 6 inches mseg, current stats are 7 7/8 bpel and 5 3/8 mseg. I used to be 7 inches bpel and gained through jelqing. Current routine is hanging for an hour a day with 10 pounds, sets are split up over the day when I can find time. I was just introduced to ssj yesterday and they work amazing so I think I'll be adding them in. My question is if I can do the ssj daily and it be optimal. Also I know everyone is different in rates of growth but with the current routine do these goals seem achievable? I'll post progress stats as I go, thank you guys for your time and sorry for rambling.
 
Hello, and great to know your liking the forums :)

That hanging with 10lbs for 1 hour each day sounds pretty good to me.

I always remember a guy called Bib, who is no longer in flavor here for various reasons, but I have utmost respect for him, as he's the hanging grandfather in the PE world, and what you see on most places, has his influence somewhere along the line. (like)

Anyway, he always suggested that men hang minimum 1 hour each day for good gains.
Now, from my experience its very hard to suggest when a guy will gain, what works best for everyone.
Its like weight lifting at the gym, some guys like the High Volume Training, others prefer High Intensity Training, and both do have merits, and both do give gains. Studies have even shown that, yet you have guys say that the way they train is correct, the best blah blah fecking blah (xd)

So, I agree with bib that 1 hour each day is a great place to run with.
Some men have literally spent hours everyday doing it, you dont need to in order for gains to happen.
Its personal choice if you want to spend hours, and if you can do so.

If you can, think about doing x3 20m sets for this 1 hour each day.
What angles are you hanging at?

The SSJ is rather effective, very potent in how it blows up your dick in girth.

I see no problem with performing it alongside the hanging.
Maybe do that before, or after the hanging, so its out the way.

One addition, is perform around 5 mins of bundled stretches before your hanging sessions, as this will fatigue the penis for the hanging to come. Doesn't need to be fanciful, just a bundle or two, and pull straight out, hold it for 15-30 seconds, do a helishake to get circulation going, and repeat.

Now to your goals. Yes they are realistic. I started at 6.6" long when erect and 5.4" girth, and now I'm anywhere from 8.2"-8.5" long, and 7.2" girth.

The key will be, progressive alternation to the routine as and when it required it, allowing enough intensity, without causing injury. So, for now it will be good, and work for you, but it will alter in time, as you add new exercises to the mix, different tac etc.
 
Thank you for the reply, I've seen Bib mentioned on several searches I did when researching hanging. As far as my angles go I have been using BTC and SD exclusively. I'll have to look up the bundled stretches as I'm not familiar with them. I completely understand your weight lifting references as bodybuilding is a hobby of mine, so if I'm understanding correctly principals such as progressive overload translate into this as well at least to a certain extent. Indeed a very powerful exercise! I’m so glad you’re reaping the benefits of it and I’m so happy that somebody brought this back to life because I made this stretch many many years ago. It shows how things get buried never so valuable here because things get too busy.
 
Thank you dld, I may hold off on hanging any more until I can afford the sili stretcher as my current rig is a little cumbersome and uncomfortable. I'll definitely keep these bundled stretches up though, can't wait to see what happens when I throw the sili stretcher in.

It’s really a miraculous tool and you’re going to get so much out of it. It’s also a tool that we can build upon meaning we can add accessories and modifications rather easily. And they’re so powerful as far as gaining in and healing in one tour. If you are using SRT it plays a huge role in that routine. read through SRT in the meantime to get your head around it before your SiliStretcher arrives. Once it does I can help you to create a routine that will work for you. ??
 
Didn't think I'd be updating with progress this fast but that girth routine you gave me is outstanding dld, my mseg pre exercise size has gone from 5 3/8 to 5 5/8. I know this is most likely inflammation but man I've never retained size like that before, six inches may not be as difficult as I thought! ?

I’m so happy that I was able to help you and that you’re now seeing the growth that you deserve to see. The wonderful thing about the brotherhood is if you have any problems ask for help and we will be there to give you the help you need. If more people did what you did ,and ask for help, there would be many more people that were successful in life.

The reason I feel this to be the case is that my EQ is down along with my morning size and my workouts are also much less fruitful. Should I consider cutting back on frequency or volume or just push through it?
 
You've only recently started the routine right? too early for cutting back, and altering anything. Its normal to have EQ vary when you do PE, and this will become less apparent as the penis becomes stronger.

Again, to use weightlifting analogy, you start a new routine and it hurts, but once your body becomes more accustomed to the stress, it wont hurt so much afterwards.

Stick with the routine and let time play out. If you feel as though you’re taking it but as far as EQ goes I suggest that during these periods of fatigue you actually increased manual stretching efforts. The reason I say this is when were in a state of fatigue the pelvic floor muscles are too weak to hold back on the stretch we are doing. So with the pelvic floor muscles being too weak or able to stretch much longer.

You could always opt for a day off or maybe two on one off or some other time scenario. But I would stick with it as it is, it has not been enough time to make any judgments. Let’s stick with the program and fight this fatigue by taking advantage of it.
 
That is a very good outlook that admittedly I hadn't thought of, would it be accurate to describe the idea as planned overreaching (intentionally pushing yourself beyond limits to force growth)? If that is the case is there a point at which the penis adapts to the stimulus and requires more to continue progressing?

Within reason the mind is very responsible for the gains that you make. If we set a goal in our minds of making a 2 inch gain when we truly only want 1 inch, it’s possible to have the mind to be focused on 2 inches which makes the 1 inch goal seem trivial. This is an exercise in Nash Theory, and it truly works. Nash Theory is very difficult to understand but in the most simple terms it is playing chess with your mind. You can psyche yourself out! Shoot for the stars and land on the moon, the theory in action
 
I've not heard of that theory but I definitely believe it is plausible. Our mind has so much more power than we can comprehend. Ever hear of the zeno effect? It shows that atoms don't change state while we observe them but do so freely while not being observed. 'Zeno effect' verified—atoms won't move while you watch

You need to trust me on this one because Nash theory is impossible for most economics students to understand. It’s like trying to explain the theory of relativity to a physics student, it’s very difficult to do. But I’m glad that you have trust in this as it will completely benefit you. You do not have to understand the theory behind it To take advantage of it. It’s simple, Reach for the impossible and you’ll grab the fringes of endless possibilities!

If I'm understanding this article correctly hydrocortisone should actually offer additional benefit to penis growth by slowing collagen synthesis drastically and enhancing protein synthesis, so in theory when we break down connective tissue we will be better able to heal in an enlarged state via srt while protein synthesis is enhance encouraging more actual tissue growth.
