What can I do to restore my HPTA as before?
I am taking Multivitamin/Minerals, Vitamin D, E, Astaxanthin, Omega 3, I eat carbohydrates, proteins.
It's been 1 year but my balls are still shrunk. So I'm taking this Surge.
One thing you need too understand is that health works in a holistic way.
You will frequently find people recommending this mineral for this, this vitamin for that, this multivitamin from walmart, etc. Health DOES NOT work that way.
The truth is, nutrition is a researched scientifically proven science. Sadly, Americans dont have access to it. It has been suppressed by politicians under the power of pharmaceutical corporations. There is no profit in curing, there is only profit in treating. Hence we have access to only one type of medicine, allopathic medicine. A barbaric system in which every chronic disease is treated with drugs or surgery, when in reality chronic symptoms and illness can be CURE AND REVERSED by the proper specialist to which we do not have access to.
What that has created? A whole field of witch doctors, quake, folklore, rumors and speculations about what can naturally work for this and that.
Without going too far and out of the question, basically in order to put your health back on track you need the following: Things that you must take out of your body, and things you need to put in your body. Among the things you need to take out of your body, is all the foods that hurt health. Number one, GLUTEN. Gluten is TOXIC for the vast majority of humans. If there is enough interest I will make a thread explaining what is gluten, how it interacts with the human body and why is toxic. Avoid gluten like the plague. Gluten sources are: Wheat, Barley, Rye and oats, plus EVERYTHING that derives from these ingredients. Pasta, bread, cookies, donuts, cakes, pies, wraps, empanada, breaded meats, etc...anything that contains flour, that usually is made of wheat, contains gluten. Avoid it. Second, oils. NEVER cook with oils, avoid using oils of any kind that have been sitting on the shelf. Every time you have a bootle of oil sitting there, the chemical reaction between the oil and the oxygen inside the bottle is causing oxidation of the oil. That means creation of concentrated does of free radicals that cause oxidative damage inside the body contributing to internal chronic inflammation. Third, never eat over cooked meats, specially barbecue where the flame has burnt the meat. The chemical reaction between the fire and the meat when it gets burnt or even when it gets over cooked, creates carcinogen agents. Always eat your meats rare or medium at most. Fourth, avoid fried foods. Fried foods are extremely toxic for the body. Something similar to the meat happens with fried foods. Carcinogen agents are created during the chemical reaction between the food exposed to those high temperature oils. Not to mention that most fried foods commercially available have been fried on oils that have been used over and over again for the same process being extremely toxic in levels of free radicals that create catastrophic inflammation inside the body. Fifth, AVOID eating corn. You are still young, you are still at a very good age to stop. ALL CORN CROPS IN THE USA ARE SPRAYED BY LAW WITH ROUNDUP (glyphosate) The same poison is commercially available to buy and spray on your drive way to kill weed, roundup, is being used to spray corn crops in order to kill bacteria. The ingredient is called glyphosate, a HIGHLY TOXIC CARCINOGEN chemical. Besides being carcinogen, it is being discovered now after years of introduction to the market that trace amounts of glyphosate creates catastrophic destruction of the intestine lining, causing illnesses such as chrons disease, leaky gut, and many others similar to what gluten cause. These conditions of course are worsened with the consumption of gluten. Even of the corn is organic non gmo, they are still highly infected and contaminated with glyphosate for human consumption. AVOID CORN, specially in the USA.
Those are the main foods you must avoid. there are others such as avoiding the skin of a baked potato. The skin at those temperatures changes its structure making it very difficult for human digestive system to process. The skin of a boiled potato is ok, but not of a baked potato.
Now what you must put in your body. The body needs EVERY SINGLE DAY OF OUR LIVES, 90 essential nutrients. 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and 2 fat acids. Thats it. This is scientific research, it is medically determined that way. Those 90 essential nutrients MUST be present EVERY DINGLE DAY OF YOUR LIFE, in the proper amounts for your age, height, weight. ONLY ONE mineral that is chronically missing in the body, can lead to up to 200 chronic symptoms and eventually develop a chronic disease. Each one of these nutrients work synergistically with ALL the other nutrients inside every single one of your trillions of cells to perform every single biochemical process happening at all times in your body.
Imagine each one of your cells, we have over 1 trillion in our bodies, is like a car. A car needs gasoline, transmission fluid, brake fluid, coolant, spark plugs, break pads, etc... So how do you get all these nutrients. Besides avoiding those foods, eat healthy. Stick to basic materials. Cook ground beef, meats, poultry, rice, potatoes, sweet potato, quinoa, yucca, eggs, all kind of veggies, etc.
Try to buy everything organic, non gmo certified. It wont be as healthy as foods were 150-200 years ago, but it will be a lot less contaminated that regular food.
IN YOUR SPECIFIC CASE: This will greatly help in your case with your hormone system. Cook with real organic butter or lard. There is NOTHING more healthy than natural butter. EAT WHOLE EGGS. At least 10 a day, your body will thank you. Do not over cook eggs, slightly fry them with butter at low temp in a pan, or if you can handle it, just swallow them raw. Crack the shell open and pour one by one in your mouth. The egg, is one of the most complete foods in the planet. The egg, is not really an egg. IT IS A GIANT ANIMAL CELL. Therefore it contains all the essential nutrients to create life.
Why I am giving emphasis to butter, lard, eggs? Because of animal FAT. FAT is essential for human health. ALL your sex hormones are made of fat and cholesterol. ALL your nervous system is made of fat and cholesterol. The wall of every single cell in your body is made of cholesterol. Up to 75% of the brain is made of fat and cholesterol. NEVER follow fat free diets. NEVER buy fat free or low fat products. Always inject whole animal clean fat. Fat will support a healthy hormonal system, will support good sexual behavior, will support mental health including the nervous system.
Interestingly enough, the fat free diets started coming out to the market in the late 70's. All these new fat free products, diet products, margarine (extremely dangerous), everything fat free in order to "not get fat" and n order to "avoid heart disease" at the same time statin drugs where introduced to the market to halt the process in the liver that creates cholesterol. Since then, erectile dysfunction skyrocketed like never before. Autism skyrocketed like never before. Things we never heard as kids such as alzheimer came out of the shadows to become one of the leading causes of death today. Panic attacks, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, dementia, you name it. All those things, although still being studied, are believed by Naturopathic specialists to have its roots in severe fat deficiency plus toxic poison like statin drugs.
Still not enough. In order to have your health on track, beside all these healthy foods, YOU MUST supplement yourself with the proper supplements. Going to the supermarket and buying the multivitamin you saw on tv WILL NOT WORK. Why? because the vast majority of vitamin and mineral supplements in the market are in synthetic form. The rate of absorption of synthetic form of nutrients is extremely low. pretty much insignificant. Not to mention that high doses of certain minerals and vitamins in synthetic form ARE DANGEROUS for the the body. You have probably heard doctors say that vitamins can be dangerous. Well, number one an allopathic doctor has nor knowledge not training in nutritional science, therefore he should not be giving opinions about nutrients. Number 2, they dont mention that studies proving this danger have been done with synthetic forms of nutrients.
Therefore the vitamins you buy, MUST be whole food derived, or plant derived, organic, non gmo certified. There are only a few companies out there that are third party verified for quality and purity. Your minerals, they have to be liquid in colloidal state from natural sources. Aminoacids can be any reputable company amino acids company, and essential fatty acid the same. There are great companies that produce essential fatty acids like omega 3 and 6 in supplement form.
On top of this it is recommended to ingest around 200,000 ORAC points of antioxidants. ORAC is the measuring unit to quantify amount of antioxidants in order to combat chronic inflammation and to remove out of the body free radicals. Just by sitting in front of the computer is causing oxidative damage in the body. True, is just a tiny fraction, but add to this using the microwave, talking on the phone, holding your phone, breathing dirty city air, drinking dirty fluids like sodas, alcohol, smoking including marihuana, etc...all that is contributing to everything that causes us harm every day, and the way to fight against it is to put in your body high amounts of antioxidants.
